从英国公司法的改革看中国公司法的修订

【摘要】：英国目前正在着手修改的公司法,被称为是150多年来最全面、最深入的一次改革。其内容主要涉及到强化中小企业的地位、鼓励股东在公司治理中发挥更为积极的作用、便于公司的设立和运营以及公司法更新机制的建立。英国公司法的改革,对于我们研究、评估中国新修订的公司法有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The British company law, which is now under revision, is described as the most comprehensive and thorough reform in more than 150 years. It mainly involves strengthening the status of small and medium-sized enterprises, encouraging shareholders to play a more active role in corporate governance, facilitating the establishment and operation of the company and the establishment of the company law renewal mechanism. The reform of British company law has certain reference and reference significance for us to study and evaluate the newly revised company law of China.
