基于经济法的新《公司法》基本理念研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国市场经济的改革进一步得到了深化,在市场经济当中,由于市场经济活动具有自发性和竞争性的特点,因此,为了市场经济能够正常运转,就需要加强市场经济的法治化建设。在与市场经济相关的法律当中,经济法是最主要的法律,其中,在经济法当中,新《公司法》是比较重要的法律。本文通过对新《公司法》进行研究,对新《公司法》的基本理念做出了介绍。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the reform of our market economy has been further deepened. In the market economy, the market economy activities are characterized by spontaneity and competition. For the market economy can function normally, need to strengthen the legal construction of market economy. Among the laws related to the market economy, the economic law is the most important law, among which, the new Company Law is the more important law. By studying the new Company Law, this paper introduces the basic idea of the New Company Law.
