【摘要】：正 凡在南非成立和注册的公司均须遵守南非1973年颁布的《南非公司法》。该法主要条款采用英国公司法,但与英国法相比,仍有一些大的区别。非南非居民在南非开办公司的有关法律规定如下:1."外国公司"一词是指在南非境外任何国家成立并已具备公司资格的公司或类似机构。外国公司只有在南非境内做生意时才需要遵从南非公司法。尽管按照国际私法的条款,
