中国的海洋权益及其维护

【摘要】：21世纪是海洋的世纪,向海洋发展日益成为世界沿海国家的基本国策,也是党的十六大报告提出的一项重大战略决策。这不仅因为海洋是人类生存的基本空间,而且在于海洋也是国际政治斗争的重要舞台,国际社会围绕海洋权益的争端从来就没有停止过。当前,我国海洋经济形势和海疆安全形势都面临一些新的情况和挑战。从维护我国整体利益、特别是"核心利益"的需要出发,我们必须充分认识并正视现实状况,采取切实可行的措施,维护我国的海洋权益与海疆安全。
[Abstract]:21th century is the century of the ocean, and the development of the ocean is becoming the basic national policy of the coastal countries in the world, and it is also an important strategic decision put forward in the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is not only because the ocean is the basic space for the survival of human beings. What's more, the sea is also an important stage in international political struggle. The disputes over the rights and interests of the sea in the international community have never stopped. At present, China's marine economic situation and maritime security situation are facing some new situations and challenges. Proceeding from the need to safeguard our country's overall interests, especially the "core interests," we must fully understand and face up to the reality. To take practical measures to safeguard China's maritime rights and interests and maritime security.
