我国太阳能开发利用的现实困境与立法需求分析

【摘要】：我国太阳能资源丰富,太阳能的开发利用也卓有成效,但其发展存在若干制约。面对太阳能开发利用中的现实困境,需要针对太阳能的不同利用形式包括太阳能光伏发电、太阳能热水器和太阳能热发电等在立法上分别做出相应的制度安排,以促进太阳能的开发利用和良性发展。
[Abstract]:Our country is rich in solar energy resources and the development and utilization of solar energy is also fruitful, but there are some constraints in its development. In the face of the difficult situation in the development and utilization of solar energy, it is necessary to aim at the different forms of solar energy utilization, including solar photovoltaic power generation. In order to promote the development and utilization of solar energy, solar water heaters and solar thermal power generation make corresponding regulations separately.
