矿地使用权与其他相关权利的效力冲突及其协调

【摘要】：为解决现实生活中广泛存在的矿地使用权与其他相关权利的冲突,本文在明确矿地使用权和其他相关权利的定义及其权利范围的基础上,进一步挖掘了矿地使用权与其他相关权利的内涵。同时,针对现实中矿地使用权与其他相关权利的冲突现象,运用法学的观点对其进行了分析,最后给出了解决矿地使用权与其他相关权利冲突的价值导向及其协调机制的构建。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the conflict between mining land use right and other related rights, this paper defines the right to use mine land and other related rights and the scope of their rights.Further excavate the connotation of mining land use right and other related rights.At the same time, aiming at the conflict phenomenon between the right to use mine land and other related rights in reality, the author analyzes it from the viewpoint of law, and finally gives the value orientation and the construction of coordination mechanism to solve the conflict between right of use of mine land and other related rights.
