我国农村环境污染防治法律问题研究

【摘要】：农村环境对我国大多数农村人口的身心健康、农村经济持续增长、农村乃至整个国家的安全与稳定产生重要影响。目前,我国农村地区环境污染防治存在诸如立法不全、执法不力、司法不公、守法意识差等问题。分析我国农村环境污染的特点,探讨并构建关于我国农村环境污染和防治的长效机制,对于建设社会主义新农村,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要现实意义。
[Abstract]:The rural environment has an important impact on the physical and mental health of the majority of the rural population, the sustained growth of the rural economy, and the security and stability of the rural and even the whole country. At present, there are some problems in environmental pollution prevention and control in rural areas of China, such as incomplete legislation, weak law enforcement, unfair administration of justice, poor awareness of law-abiding and so on. It is of great practical significance to analyze the characteristics of rural environmental pollution in China and to explore and construct a long-term mechanism of environmental pollution and prevention in rural areas for the construction of a new socialist countryside and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
