低碳经济视角下的食品包装法律问题研究

【摘要】：食品包装作为资源耗费大户,其引起的资源环境问题,对我国实现低碳经济有些不少的阻碍作用。针对我国实现低碳经济和食品包装的原因,本文借鉴国外成功经验,从立法、政策、观念等方面,提出发展食品包装低碳化的法律对策。
[Abstract]:Food packaging, as a large consumer of resources, has a lot of obstacles to the realization of low-carbon economy in China. In view of the reasons for the realization of low-carbon economy and food packaging in China, this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries and puts forward the legal countermeasures for the development of low-carbon food packaging from the aspects of legislation, policy, concept and so on.
