环境保护:经济刺激手段的选择与协调

【摘要】：由于传统环境保护方法无法应对现代环境污染问题,环境经济刺激手段应运而生。环境经济刺激手段就是利用市场机制解决现代环境污染问题,大致可分为补贴、环节税费和排放权交易制度。我国未来的立法应针对不同类型的经济刺激手段进行选择与协调。
[Abstract]:Because the traditional environmental protection method can not deal with the problem of modern environmental pollution, the environmental economic stimulation means arises at the historic moment. Environmental and economic stimulation is to use market mechanism to solve the problem of modern environmental pollution, which can be divided into subsidy, link taxes and emissions trading system. China's future legislation should be aimed at different types of economic stimulus means to choose and coordinate.
