[Abstract]:In 1989, the Children, adolescents and their Family Law Regulation 1. There is no doubt about the development of history. The basic principles are clearly different from those of the past and the law introduces new procedures for resolving children's problems. The new law has come into being a long way from the past. The reform process began on 1976. A bill was finally submitted to Parliament to replace the Children and Young Persons Act of 1974. The bill includes new rules and procedures designed to give greater protection to children at risk. For example, The bill places obligations on many sectors of society, including doctors, teachers, social workers and lawyers, to report on child abuse.
