【摘要】： 婚姻作为一种社会关系,是与特定的社会背景和社会条件相联系的。苏区婚姻变革是苏区政治发展的产物,其内容的演变不仅与当时的政治、经济、军事发展密切相关,也与当时的阶级斗争形势紧密相连,而相关的研究大都忽略了这一点。本文就是从阶级斗争入手,以公正客观的心态深入研究苏区婚姻法的演变及社会各阶级的婚姻情况,在肯定以往研究成果的基础上,对苏区各阶级的婚姻状况进行分析:苏区的普通民众无疑是婚姻自由政策的最大受益者,然而婚姻自由在苏区的实施并不如人意;红军是保卫苏区的中流砥柱,婚姻法对军婚的规定偏向于对革命军人的保护,这在当时的革命形势下,有利于稳定军心,却在一定程度上违背了婚姻法的基本原则;苏区地主阶级的婚姻在各类文章中所见甚少,苏区的婚姻自由只是对贫下中农的自由,地主富农由于受阶级的限制而没有婚姻自由,地主的妻女是当时社会中最为凄惨的群体,她们受阶级的孤立而排斥于婚姻自由之外,有的甚至被迫沦为娼妓。
[Abstract]:Marriage as a kind of social relationship, is associated with social background and social conditions. The specific marriage change is a product of Soviet political development, the evolution of its content not only with the political, economic and military development are closely related, and was closely linked to the class struggle situation, but the research mostly ignored this. This article is from the class struggle of marriage in a fair and objective attitude of in-depth study of the marriage law of the Soviet Evolution and social class, based on the previous research results, analysis of the various classes of Soviet marital status: Soviet ordinary people is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiaries of the freedom of marriage policy, however freedom of marriage in the Soviet area implementation is not satisfactory; the Red Army is the mainstay of the provisions to safeguard the Soviet army, the marriage law in favour of the revolutionary military protection, which at the time of the leather Life situation, is conducive to stabilize the morale of the troops, but to a certain extent, violates the basic principles of marriage law; the landlord class marriage in all kinds of the few, Soviet freedom of marriage just to the poor and lower-middle peasants free, due to the limited class of landlords and rich peasants without the freedom of marriage, the wife is at that time the most miserable social groups, they are isolated and excluded from the class of the freedom of marriage, and some are even forced to become prostitutes.
