【摘要】：正2010年11月22日,重庆市三届人大常委会第二十次会议召开,审议市政府提请的《重庆市食品安全条例(草案)》。但经本次会议一审后,因各种原因,根据立法法等相关规定,市政府却依法提请将该《条例》草案进行了撤回,最后以第246号政府令的形式发布了《重庆市食品安全管理办法》。《条例》草案为何"流产"?这其中有什么隐情?食品安全到底还存在哪些问题呢?
[Abstract]:On November 22, 2010, the 20th meeting of the standing Committee of the third Chongqing Municipal people's Congress was held to discuss the Chongqing Food Safety regulations (draft) as requested by the municipal government. However, after the first instance of this meeting, for various reasons and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legislative Law, the municipal government, according to law, requested that the draft "regulations" be withdrawn. Finally, the form of government decree No. 246 issued the "Chongqing food safety management measures". (regulations) why the draft "abortion"? What's the secret of this?
