英汉立法语篇信息衔接方式对比研究

　　在当代社会，法律翻译，特别是立法文本翻译的重要性日益突出。法律文本与其他文本相比具有不同的特征，这决定了法律翻译的工作者面临的问题与其他文本翻译的工作者面临的问题有所不同。 衔接是文本的普遍特征，存在于任何语言中。但是由于英语和汉语属于不同的语系，其衔接手段必然存在不少的差异。一种语言中的衔接手段不一定存在于另一种语言中，或者存在的形式同。尽管国内外的语言学家在衔接这个领域已经做了很多研究，但是却忽略了不同语言衔接方式的差异。对于立法语言衔接方式的研究很少，英汉立法语言衔接方式对比的研究了则更为缺乏。 本文旨在对英汉立法语言信息的衔接方式进行对比研究，从而为法律翻译理论学家、法律翻译工作者以及其他语言学家提供立法语言信息衔接方式方面的启示。 作者运用衔接理论和法律语篇树状信息结构模式对法律语篇双语语料库中抽取的中文立法文本及其英语翻译文本进行对比，找出立法语言信息结构中的主要衔接方式，总结这些衔接方式的相同和不同之处，分析其特征，从而为翻译人员提供启示，使他们在翻译工作中能够有意识的对译文进行衔接方面的调整。
