【摘要】：行政约谈契合现代回应型合作性公共行政的先进理念,作为创新管理体制机制之典型,具备较大的潜在发展空间与功效优势,但在目前的社会背景下对行政约谈的必要性还需加深认识,扩大制度共识。针对现有漏洞和不足进行完善和补救,主要应该在法律依据、正当程序以及监督救济方面进行全面的保障。
[Abstract]:Administrative interview accords with the advanced concept of modern responsive cooperative public administration. As a typical of innovative management system, it has great potential development space and efficacy advantage. However, under the present social background, the necessity of administrative interview should be further understood and the common understanding of the system should be expanded. To perfect and remedy the existing loopholes and deficiencies, we should guarantee the legal basis, due process and supervision relief.
