纳米硅晶光伏太阳能领域的专利战略研究

【摘要】:二十世纪七十年代以来,我国经济、政治、文化持续迅速发展,创新实力不断提升,科学技术不断进步,经济社会发展过程中知识的作用愈来愈显现出来。企业、行业乃至国家在发展进程中要想抢占战略制高点就必须在知识产权的竞争中脱颖而出,尤其要重视专利的竞争。专利战略对于企业掌控有利的市场竞争局面、谋取最大的经济效益至关重要,同时也是构成企业整体经营发展战略的重要部分。 太阳能光伏产业是中国的战略性新兴产业。太阳能光伏产业的发展有利于推动能源生产和消费形式的变革,对中国调节能源结构、促进生态文明建设、构建和谐社会具有重大而深远的意义。纳米硅晶太阳能电池作为第三代太阳能电池,最大的特点就是不需要P-N结即可导电。而且,由于其巨大的导电性、可以改变的带隙、可以涵盖所有光谱等特性,使得其光电转换率相比于第一、二代电池而言得到很大的提升,并且降低材料成本。近年来,我国的太阳能光伏产业发展迅速,但也存在少许不容忽视的问题,总体上仍面临着“三头在外”的局势,即原材料、产品市场以及核心技术均在外的局势。所以说,为了提升我国光伏产业的竞争力,让我国的光伏产业在激烈的国际光伏专利竞争中占据上风,构建长期的产业专利战略尤为重要。 本文首先提出了研究的背景及意义,并对专利战略的相关文献进行研究,指出研究内容、研究方法及创新点。其次,文章阐述了专利战略的相关问题,构建企业专利战略的制定框架。再次,总结了当前太阳能行业的行业背景、相关政策以及纳米硅晶光伏太阳能领域的相关技术情况。并检索纳米硅晶太阳能电池领域的相关专利,利用Innography等专利分析平台对该领域的相关专利进行统计分析,,了解技术、经济、法律方面的现状,包括技术发展趋势、主要竞争对手情况、专利区域分布和核心专利等信息,并具体分析了主要竞争对手的专利情况。最后,结合我国纳米硅晶光伏太阳能领域的现状,为提高我国光伏太阳能行业的自主创新、提升我国光伏太阳能行业的核心竞争力提出技术、经济、法律方面的专利战略。
[Abstract]:Since 1970s, China's economy, politics and culture have continued to develop rapidly, the strength of innovation has been improved, science and technology have been progressing, and the role of knowledge in the process of economic and social development has become more and more apparent. The industry and even the country must stand out in the competition for intellectual property rights if they want to seize the strategic commanding heights in the development process, especially in the competition of patents. Patent strategy is conducive to the control of market competition for enterprises. It is very important to obtain the greatest economic benefit, and it is also an important part of the whole management and development strategy of the enterprise. Solar photovoltaic industry is a strategic emerging industry in China. The development of solar photovoltaic industry is conducive to promoting the transformation of energy production and consumption, regulating the energy structure and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China. Building a harmonious society is of great and far-reaching significance. As the third generation solar cells, nanocrystalline silicon solar cells are characterized by the fact that they can conduct electricity without the need of P-N junction. Moreover, because of their great conductivity, they can change the band gap. It can cover all the spectral characteristics, so that its photoelectric conversion rate is greatly improved compared with the first and second generation cells, and the cost of materials is reduced. In recent years, the solar photovoltaic industry in China has developed rapidly. But there are still some problems that can not be ignored. On the whole, there is still a situation of "three ends outside", that is, the situation of raw materials, product markets and core technologies. So, in order to enhance the competitiveness of China's photovoltaic industry, The photovoltaic industry of our country has gained the upper hand in the fierce international photovoltaic patent competition, so it is very important to build a long-term industrial patent strategy. This paper first puts forward the background and significance of the research, and studies the relevant literature of patent strategy, and points out the research content, research methods and innovation points. Secondly, the paper expounds the relevant issues of patent strategy. Thirdly, it summarizes the current industry background of solar energy industry, Related policies and related technical situation in the field of nano-silicon photovoltaic solar energy. Related patents in the field of nanocrystalline silicon solar cells are searched, and the related patents in this field are statistically analyzed by using Innography and other patent analysis platforms to understand the technology. The current situation of economy and law, including the trend of technology development, the situation of main competitors, the distribution of patents and the core patents, etc. Finally, the patent situation of the main competitors is analyzed. According to the present situation of photovoltaic solar energy field of nanocrystalline silicon in China, the patent strategy of technology, economy and law is put forward in order to improve the independent innovation of photovoltaic solar energy industry and the core competitiveness of photovoltaic solar energy industry in China.
