ZK公司自主创新发展战略研究

【摘要】:提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,这是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键。随着全球对清洁能源的需求不断提高,加速了核电产业的发展步伐,核电装备产业将迎来前所未有的发展机遇。根据有关部门的统计,仅国内通用核仪器设备的市场容量就大约为每年数百亿元。面对核电产业发展带来的市场需求和日趋激烈的市场竞争,中国核工业集团公司于2010年度工作会议明确提出:“核仪器设备产业要借助核电发展机遇,内部加大整合,外部加强合作,通过技术引进和自主研发,做强优势产品,成为有特色、有竞争力的核仪器设备专业供应商”。根据集团公司的整体战略部署,重组后的ZK公司将形成具有中核自主知识产权的核工程数字化仪表、控制系统(DCS)和专业仪控系统的研发和生产能力、具有符合现代核工程要求、在役核工程的服务与改造能力的国内外知名企业;打造国内最大的核探测器和核仪器仪表设备研制基地。 ZK公司作为中核集团中主要的全资公司,肩负着中核集团自主创新和三代核电技术率先走出国门的重任。ZK公司如何在核仪控系统领域内自主创新发展,就成为企业在新时期发展中需要解决的重要课题。 本文首先通过对目前我国核仪控系统产业自主创新现状、存在问题、发展趋势进行分析,提出企业坚持走自主创新道路的必要性,随后通过对ZK公司自主创新现状及发展中存在的问题进行分析,提出ZK公司包括技术创新、管理创新、产品创新、营销创新的自主创新战略。
[Abstract]:It is the core of the national development strategy and the key to improve the comprehensive national strength to improve the independent innovation ability and build an innovative country. With the increasing global demand for clean energy and accelerating the development of nuclear power industry, nuclear power equipment industry will usher in unprecedented development opportunities. According to the statistics of relevant departments, the market capacity of domestic universal nuclear instruments and equipment is about 10 billion yuan a year. In the face of the market demand and the increasingly fierce market competition brought by the development of nuclear power industry, the China Nuclear Industry Group Corporation clearly put forward at its 2010 annual working meeting: "the nuclear instrument and equipment industry should take advantage of the development opportunities of nuclear power and increase internal integration," External strengthening cooperation, through technology introduction and independent research and development, to strengthen the advantage of products, to become a unique, competitive nuclear equipment professional suppliers. According to the group's overall strategic deployment, the restructured ZK company will form a digital instrument for nuclear engineering with independent intellectual property rights of China Nuclear Corporation, and the R & D and production capacity of the control system (DCS) and the professional instrument and control system will meet the requirements of modern nuclear engineering. Famous enterprises at home and abroad for the service and transformation of in-service nuclear engineering; to build the largest nuclear detector and instrument equipment development base in China. ZK Company is the main wholly owned company in Sinonuclear Group. China Nuclear Group is shouldering the responsibility of independent innovation and the third generation of nuclear power technology leading out of the country. How to develop independently in the field of nuclear instrument control system (ZK) has become an important issue to be solved in the development of the enterprise in the new period. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and development trend of China's nuclear instrument and control system industry, and points out the necessity for enterprises to adhere to the road of independent innovation. Then through the analysis of the current situation and the problems in the development of independent innovation of ZK Company, the paper puts forward the independent innovation strategy of ZK Company including technological innovation, management innovation, product innovation and marketing innovation.
