中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家专利关系研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]为中国企业走向海上丝绸之路沿线国家导航,离不开对中国与沿线国家的专利关系研究。[方法/过程]利用世界知识产权局网站2001-2014年中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家的专利数据,研究中国与沿线国家的专利授权发展情况,并在贸易结合度指数的基础上给出了专利结合度指数概念,然后采用Wolfram Mathematica软件可视化分析中国与沿线国家的专利结合度情况。[结果/结论]中国对海上丝绸之路沿线国家的专利结合度差距比较大,沿线国家对中国的专利结合度指数变化比较平稳,相对而言,中国对与沿线国家的专利关系上主动性更强。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to guide Chinese enterprises to the countries along the Silk Road, it is necessary to study the patent relationship between China and the countries along the Silk Road. [methods / process] using patent data from the World intellectual property Office website 2001-2014 between China and countries along the Maritime Silk Road to study the development of patent authorizations in China and countries along the route, The concept of patent binding index is given on the basis of trade binding index, and then the patent binding degree between China and countries along the route is analyzed visually by Wolfram Mathematica software. [results / conclusion] China's patent binding degree to countries along the maritime Silk Road is quite large, and the patent binding index of the countries along the route is relatively stable. China is more active in patent relations with countries along the route.
