基于网络外部性的企业技术标准联盟策略分析

【摘要】:在知识经济时代,技术创新和知识产权成为经济发展的重要途径,技术标准逐渐成为专利技术保护和企业竞争优势的关键。全球范围内的技术标准竞争日益激烈,拥有世界公认的技术标准意味着巨大的市场和经济利益。因此,发达国家都在加大标准化战略的制定和研究,如欧盟拥有的技术标准就有10万多个,日本拥有的工业标准有8200多个。很多专家学者和企业开始对技术标准展开相关研究和实践。人们发现技术标准不仅依靠企业庞大的技术实力和经济实力,而且越来越多的企业依靠战略联盟实现对技术标准的垄断。然而,技术标准联盟能否建立,与用户安装基础、转换成本、网络结构、技术水平等因素有密切关系。因此,企业必须在技术标准联盟的决策过程中考虑市场容量、自身能力和对方优势等问题。目前的研究多集中在技术标准联盟的形成原因角度,侧重影响因素的定性分析层面,从定量角度研究技术标准联盟影响因素的研究文献很少。基于此,本文从以下几个方面展开研究。首先,阐述了相关研究背景及意义,提出了企业在技术标准联盟决策过程中面对的联盟方式、影响因素等问题,描述了本文的研究思路和研究内容,对技术标准联盟的相关文献综述进行了述评。其次,考虑了在横向竞争型技术标准联盟的情况下,厂商采取技术标准联盟策略的影响因素。本文创新性地提出技术标准差距对技术标准联盟策略的影响,通过对用户安装基础和市场容量作用的定量分析,得出相应的最优策略。第三,考虑了在纵向合作型技术标准联盟的情况下,供应商采取加入已有联盟的方式,引入利润分享契约,探讨利润分配比例及折扣价格对联盟的影响,并依据结构洞理论进行联盟契约签订的调整,根据不同情况分析最优的联盟方式。最后,通过合作博弈的理论,根据不同的市场结构选择不同的合作博弈方法。最后通过比较不同市场环境下的技术标准联盟策略得出结论。本文的研究为技术标准联盟策略提供了具有现实指导意义的结论。不但丰富了技术标准联盟的应用范围,也为技术创新管理的研究提供了可借鉴的成果。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, technological innovation and intellectual property rights have become an important way of economic development, and technical standards have gradually become the key to the protection of patented technology and the competitive advantage of enterprises. The competition of technical standards in the world is becoming more and more fierce, and owning the recognized technical standards in the world means great market and economic interests. Therefore, developed countries are increasing the formulation and research of standardization strategy, such as the European Union has more than 100000 technical standards, Japan has more than 8200 industrial standards. Many experts, scholars and enterprises began to carry out relevant research and practice on technical standards. It is found that technical standards not only rely on the huge technical strength and economic strength of enterprises, but also rely on strategic alliance to realize the monopoly of technical standards. However, whether the technical standard alliance can be established is closely related to the user installation foundation, conversion cost, network structure, technical level and so on. Therefore, enterprises must consider market capacity, their own ability and each other's advantages in the decision-making process of technical standards alliance. At present, most of the research focuses on the causes of the formation of the technical standard alliance, focusing on the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors, and the research literature on the influencing factors of the technical standard alliance from the quantitative point of view is very few. Based on this, this paper studies from the following aspects. First of all, this paper expounds the relevant research background and significance, puts forward the alliance mode and influencing factors faced by enterprises in the decision-making process of technical standard alliance, and describes the research ideas and contents of this paper. The literature review of Technical Standards Alliance is reviewed. Secondly, the influencing factors of adopting technical standard alliance strategy are considered in the case of horizontal competitive technical standard alliance. This paper innovatively puts forward the influence of technical standard gap on technical standard alliance strategy, and obtains the corresponding optimal strategy through the quantitative analysis of user installation basis and market capacity. Thirdly, in the case of vertical cooperative technical standards alliance, suppliers adopt the way of joining the existing alliance, introduce profit-sharing contract, and explore the influence of profit distribution ratio and discount price on the alliance. According to the theory of structural hole, the alliance contract is adjusted, and the optimal alliance mode is analyzed according to different conditions. Finally, through the theory of cooperative game, different cooperative game methods are selected according to different market structure. Finally, the conclusion is drawn by comparing the technical standard alliance strategy in different market environments. The research in this paper provides a practical guiding conclusion for the technical standard alliance strategy. It not only enriches the application scope of technical standards alliance, but also provides a reference for the research of technological innovation management.
