知识产权强企评价指标体系及模型构建

【摘要】：通过构建知识产权强企指标体系,运用国家知识产权局2012—2014年54家示范企业知识产权数据及结构方程模型建立了知识产权强企评价模型,测算了知识产权等核心指标对企业竞争力的贡献度.研究表明:2012—2014年知识产权研发经费占销售收入的比例年均值为3.0%,知识产权经费投入占研发经费投入的比例年均值为1.0%,专利拥有量年均值为792.76件,专利实施率年均值为64.0%,知识产权转让收入占销售收入的比例年均值为0.1%.知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力年均值为43.7%,若按照年均增长率为5%进行测算,2020年知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力应达到49.2%,2025年知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力应达到74.7%.
[Abstract]:By constructing the index system of intellectual property strong enterprises, using the intellectual property data and structural equation model of 54 demonstration enterprises in State intellectual property Office from 2012 to 2014, the evaluation model of intellectual property strong enterprises is established, and the contribution of core indicators such as intellectual property rights to the competitiveness of enterprises is calculated. The results show that the annual average proportion of intellectual property R & D expenditure to sales revenue is 3.0%, the proportion of intellectual property investment to R & D investment is 1.0%, the annual average value of patent ownership is 792.76, the annual average patent implementation rate is 64.0%, and the proportion of intellectual property transfer income to sales revenue is 0.1%. The average annual influence of intellectual property rights on the competitiveness of enterprises is 43.7%. If the average annual growth rate is 5%, the influence of intellectual property rights on the competitiveness of enterprises should reach 49.2% in 2020 and 74.7% in 2025.
