【摘要】:面对互联网经济的冲击,实体行业逐步将重心转移到体验服务层面。随着移动增强现实技术的进一步发展,越来越多传统零售行业引入该技术为消费者提供更好的购物体验。虽然市面上已经出现各种各样的移动增强现实服务应用,但大多数是以满足可用性为目的,没有建立良好的用户体验。针对这一问题,笔者通过问卷调查、事件跟踪观察,深度访谈等方式研究现有移动增强现实应用的用户体验,分析移动增强现实的影响因素,构建用户体验模型。提出将移动增强现实技术与传统厨电零售业相结合,从用户的角度探索全新的厨电购物体验模式,帮助用户更详细的了解产品信息,为用户的购物体验增加趣味性和互动性,试图激发用户的消费欲望。本文按照用户体验设计流程分析了厨电销售应用的产品需求,从人机交互、用户体验、情感设计等多方面研究用户界面的设计内容及呈现方式。最后采用层次分析法,结合用户体验评估调查问卷对该应用进行量化评估,验证其可行性和用户体验质量。移动增强现实技术在各个领域的应用将会带来更多全新的用户体验方式,该技术发展势头猛烈,在未来几年将会有很高的市场占有率,面向厨电零售业的移动增强现实应用顺应了未来的发展趋势,潜藏着巨大的商业价值,为线下购物体验提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Faced with the impact of the Internet economy, the physical industry gradually shifted its focus to the experience service level. With the further development of mobile augmented reality technology. More and more traditional retail industries introduce this technology to provide consumers with a better shopping experience. Although there have been a variety of mobile augmented reality service applications in the market, most of them are designed to meet the needs of usability. There is no good user experience. Aiming at this problem, the author studies the user experience of the existing mobile augmented reality application through questionnaire survey, event tracking observation, in-depth interview and so on. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of mobile augmented reality, constructs a user experience model, and proposes to combine mobile augmented reality technology with traditional kitchen electricity retail industry to explore a brand new experience mode of kitchen electricity shopping from the perspective of users. Help users to understand more detailed product information, for the user's shopping experience to add fun and interactive. According to the user experience design process, this paper analyzes the product demand of the kitchen electricity sales application, from the human-computer interaction, the user experience. Emotional design and other aspects of the user interface design content and presentation. Finally, the use of AHP, combined with the user experience evaluation questionnaire quantitative evaluation of the application. Verify its feasibility and user experience quality. The application of mobile augmented reality technology in various fields will bring more new user experience, the technology development momentum is fierce. In the next few years, there will be a high market share. The mobile augmented reality application for kitchen electricity retail conforms to the future development trend, latent huge commercial value, and provides a new way for offline shopping experience.
