企业家开放性特征、高管团队权力不平等与创新可持续性

【摘要】：本文选择企业家开放性特征作为企业创新可持续性研究新的影响因素,分析了企业家开放性特征对企业创新可持续性的影响,并在此基础上探讨了产权性质及高管团队不平等的情境效应。本文以2003-2014年A股制造业上市公司为样本,研究发现:企业家开放性特征对企业创新可持续性具有正向影响,高管团队不平等能够促进两者正向关系。此外,对于非民营企业而言,企业家开放性特征对创新可持续性的影响更显著。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses the open characteristic of entrepreneur as the new influence factor of the enterprise innovation sustainability, and analyzes the influence of the entrepreneur opening characteristic on the enterprise innovation sustainability. On this basis, it discusses the property right nature and the contextual effect of the inequality of senior management team. This paper takes A share manufacturing listed companies as the sample from 2003 to 2014. The study found that the open characteristics of entrepreneurs have a positive impact on the sustainability of enterprise innovation, and the inequality of executive team can promote the positive relationship between the two. In addition, for non-private enterprises. The impact of entrepreneur openness on innovation sustainability is more significant.
