成都锦泽机电设备公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:伴随着工业4.0时代的来临以及信息化程度不断的提高,传统中小微公司因为普遍存在资金规模小,产品技术含量低,管理不完善等原因发展步履艰难。面对日益激烈的竞争环境,如何做到保持收入和利润的增长,已经成为了每个公司迫在眉睫必须考虑的问题,同样也是战略研究的重要课题。本论文主要以成都锦泽机电设备公司为研究对象。首先,采取文献研究法、实证研究等方法针对该公司的发展进行研究,具体是基于理论与实践相互结合的综合分析方式,用大量文字、数据图表、相关数学模型等特殊的展现方式,将企业战略理论以及分析方法巧妙的运用到成都锦泽机电设备公司的实际战略管理研究中。其次,根据常用的PEST模型,本文就成都锦泽机电设备公司所处的内外部宏观环境分别从政治、经济、文化和技术等四个方面进行了深度剖析。同时从同行业角度出发,对机电装备行业和该行业的市场结构进行了详细的分析研究;本文从行业环境方面,采用波特五种竞争力模型进行行业环境的详细评价分析;利用SWOT分析方法,针对成都锦泽机电设备公司经营所具备的优势和劣势进行综合分析和整合。最后,基于公司优势和劣势的分析结果,从公司实际经营情况的各个角度进行均衡分析,找出最适合成都锦泽机电设备公司的发展战略方案。通过研究最终选定增长型战略,通过专业化运营、一体化、以及产品渗透等战略的实施,结合在内部管理、人力资源、品牌建设等方面的调整,达到加快业务扩张和市场占有率的提升,立足产品质量和服务的提升达到提高公司知名度和品牌实力的目的,实现公司效益最大化,实现公司的可持续发展。通过本文的研究,新制定的发展战略更加适合成都锦泽机电设备公司寻求壮大规模的诉求和加强企业核心竞争力的目标,以便符合我国当今经济形势的要求,也能够有效的引导公司未来的发展方向,并对该战略的具体实施过程进行优劣的保障。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the industry 4.0 era and the continuous improvement of the degree of information, the traditional small and medium-sized micro-companies because of the widespread existence of small scale of funds, low product technology content. In the face of increasingly fierce competition environment, how to maintain the growth of revenue and profits has become an urgent problem that every company must consider. This paper mainly takes Chengdu Jinze Electromechanical equipment Company as the research object. First of all, the methods of literature research and empirical research are adopted to study the development of the company. It is based on the combination of theory and practice of comprehensive analysis, with a large number of words, data charts, relevant mathematical models and other special presentation. The enterprise strategy theory and analysis methods are skillfully applied to the actual strategic management research of Chengdu Jinze Electromechanical equipment Co., Ltd. Secondly, according to the commonly used PEST model. In this paper, the internal and external macro environment of Chengdu Jinze Electromechanical equipment Company is analyzed from four aspects of politics, economy, culture and technology respectively. At the same time, it starts from the same industry angle. The market structure of electromechanical equipment industry and its market structure are analyzed and studied in detail. From the aspect of industry environment, this paper adopts Porter's five competitiveness models to analyze the industry environment in detail. Using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes and integrates the advantages and disadvantages of Chengdu Jinze Electromechanical equipment Co., Ltd. Finally, based on the analysis results of the company's strengths and weaknesses. From the actual operating conditions of the company from each angle of balanced analysis to find out the most suitable for Chengdu Jinze mechanical and electrical equipment company's development strategy. Through the study of the final choice of growth strategy through professional operation integration. And the implementation of product penetration strategy, combined with internal management, human resources, brand building and other aspects of adjustment, to speed up business expansion and market share. Based on the promotion of product quality and service to improve the company's reputation and brand strength, to achieve the maximum of corporate benefits, to achieve sustainable development of the company. Through the study of this paper. The new development strategy is more suitable for Chengdu Jinze Electromechanical equipment Co., Ltd., which seeks to expand the scale and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to meet the requirements of the current economic situation in China. Also can effectively guide the future development direction of the company, and the implementation of the strategy to ensure the merits and demerits.
