上上德盛ERP实施案例研究

【摘要】:为了适应当前全球经济一体化的激烈竞争,企业对先进的管理技术和思想,都应该有一个全面的、清醒的认识。企业如何在全球经济一体化的趋势下提升产品竞争力,提高市场占用率,增强综合实力,进行信息化管理建设已经成为企业提高企业竞争力的一个重要方法。实施ERP是企业信息化管理的一个重要手段,ERP是整合了一整套企业管理思想、组织流程、基础数据、人力、财力、物力等,对企业可利用的所有内部和外部资源进行综合运营的系统,其核心方面的应用价值在于事前计划、事中控制、事后检查,这些也正是现代企业日常管理的关键点。ERP在我国制造业中的实施和使用效果不尽人意,在我国不锈钢管行业中的实施和使用效果更是不容乐观,不锈钢管企业在实施和使用ERP系统过程中遇到的问题会远远多于其他行业。因为钢管品种的多样性,规格的多样性,销售方式、结算单位的多样性,需要很多部门以及协作厂商的密切配合,质量体系、交货期、标准化管理的要求远远高于其他行业。上上德盛集团成立至今历经十余年的发展,现已发展成集生产、加工、销售为一体的不锈钢管及管件制品集团公司。上上德盛集团是一家典型的不锈钢管企业,产品类别比较齐全,在行业内具有很强的代表性,这也是本文选择此公司研究的目的。本论文共分五章,第一章、绪论,主要内容有研究背景、意义、国内外ERP动态等内容;第二章、ERP与项目管理相关理论,主要描述了ERP基本理论、项目管理理论及ERP项目管理;第三章、上上德盛ERP实施分析,主要分析了上上德盛信息化发展历程及本次ERP的实施过程;第四章、上上德盛ERP实施问题与解决方案,重点分析了本次ERP实施和运行中的管理问题,并对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案,同时在本章提炼了部分成功实施ERP的策略方法;第五章、结束语,对本论文进行简单的总结。本论文主要通过对上上德盛集团ERP实施过程的案例研究,结合ERP思想,实施方法理论以及项目管理的相关理论,分析上上德盛集团在实施过程中的管理问题,针对各种管理问题提出了相应的解决方案。总结分析不锈钢管企业如何成功实施ERP,分析它的一般步骤及方法、问题的处理。此外,通过对上上德盛集团ERP实施案例研究,为提高不锈钢管行业ERP实施的成功率,总结企业成功实施ERP的相关策略,以供同行借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the fierce competition of the current global economic integration, enterprises should have a comprehensive management technology and ideas. Clear understanding. Enterprises in the trend of global economic integration to improve the competitiveness of products, improve market occupancy, enhance comprehensive strength. The construction of information management has become an important method to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The implementation of ERP is an important means of enterprise information management, which integrates a whole set of enterprise management ideas. Organization process, basic data, human, financial, material, and so on, the enterprise can use all internal and external resources for comprehensive operation of the system, its core application value lies in prior planning, in the process of control. After the inspection, these are also the key points of the daily management of modern enterprises. ERP in our manufacturing industry implementation and use of unsatisfactory results. In our country stainless steel pipe industry implementation and use of the effect is not optimistic. Stainless steel pipe enterprises in the implementation and use of the ERP system will encounter much more problems than other industries, because of the variety of pipe varieties, specifications of the diversity, sales methods, the diversity of settlement units. It needs the close cooperation of many departments and cooperation manufacturers, quality system, delivery time, standardized management requirements are far higher than other industries. Shangde Sheng Group has been established after more than 10 years of development. Has developed into a production, processing and sales of stainless steel pipe and pipe products group company. Shangshangdesheng group is a typical stainless steel pipe enterprise, product categories are relatively complete. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, the introduction, the main content has the research background, significance, domestic and foreign ERP dynamic content; The second chapter mainly describes the basic theory of ERP, the theory of project management and the theory of ERP project management. The third chapter, the implementation analysis of Shangshangdesheng ERP, mainly analyzes the development of Shangshangdesheng information and the implementation process of this ERP; In chapter 4th, the implementation problems and solutions of Shangde Sheng ERP are analyzed, and the management problems in the implementation and operation of this ERP are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward. At the same time, in this chapter, the strategy and methods of successful implementation of ERP are abstracted. Chapter 5th, concluding remarks, a simple summary of this paper. This paper mainly through the Shangshangde Sheng Group ERP implementation process of the case study, combined with the idea of ERP. The implementation method theory and the related theory of project management, analyze the management problems of Shangde Sheng Group in the process of implementation. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions to various management problems, summarizes and analyzes how to implement ERPsuccessfully in stainless steel pipe enterprises, analyzes its general steps and methods, and how to deal with the problems. In order to improve the success rate of ERP implementation in stainless steel pipe industry, the relevant strategies of successful implementation of ERP are summarized through the case study on the implementation of ERP in Shangshangdesheng Group, in order to provide reference for peers.
