SL纺织有限公司库存管理方案优化研究

【摘要】:在世界经济深度融合、市场争夺越来越严重的今天,相当多的企业正在接受、实行供应链管理的模式。库存管理是供应链管理各节点中不可或缺的一部分,通过对库存管理的优化与研究,有助于企业提升供应链管理绩效,在降低企业运营成本的同时提高资金使用效率。在供应链越来越受到重视的大背景下,为保证产品成本得到降低,客户需求得到及时响应,企业资金周转率得到提高,本文对SL公司库存的成本和结构进行了深入分析,从而使SL公司在行业中更具竞争力。本文首先介绍纺织企业库存系统优化的有关概念、目的及相关理论与方法,为优化纺织企业库存系统提供理论依据。介绍域外公司一些先进的有关库存管理的路子,为解决高阳SL纺织公司解决具体问题提供指导。然后对SL公司库存系统的现状分析。对中国大陆纺企存储管理状况进行阐释,得出中国大陆纺企存储管理的主要特点;介绍SL公司库存的现状,探求当前存在的主要问题,针对这些主要问题进行对策研究。通过分析、透视、发现SL公司库存管理有如下方面的问题:一:生产采购计划缺乏合理性,致使SL纺企的原材料采购出现了问题;二是公司内部管理不科学,运作效率不高,无法及时准确落实既定的生产计划,以至于在产品生产各的各个环节的出现衔接不到位的现象,举例而言,公司会出现由于生产计划错误导致的备料错误;三是供应链协作优势未充分发挥,比如营销管理缺失造成的库存挤压问题;四是市场分析运作不科学不准确,订货控制不科学导致了库存不能最优化等问题。其次对SL公司库存管理的优化。在对SL纺企管理存储研究的基础上,有针对性的对SL纺企怎样管理库存方面提出建议及对策:一是增强SL公司的信息化建设水平;二是对现有的库存订货进行科学管理,对原材料的采购程序、采购时期、采购数量制定科学的标准;三是实施库存ABC等分类管理;四是加强营销管理,降低产成品库。五是实行供应链管理模式,尽最大可能减少存储量,大幅消减经营成本,达到不断提高经济效益的目标。
[Abstract]:With the deep integration of the world economy and the increasingly serious market competition, quite a lot of enterprises are accepting the mode of supply chain management. Inventory management is an indispensable part of each node of supply chain management. Through the optimization and research of inventory management, it is helpful for enterprises to improve the performance of supply chain management, reduce the operating costs of enterprises and improve the efficiency of the use of funds. In order to ensure that the product cost is reduced, the customer demand is timely response, and the enterprise capital turnover rate is improved, this paper analyzes the inventory cost and structure of SL company in depth. In order to make SL company more competitive in the industry. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, purpose and related theory and method of inventory system optimization in textile enterprises. To provide theoretical basis for optimizing the inventory system of textile enterprises. Introduce some advanced ways of inventory management in foreign companies. In order to solve the specific problems of Gaoyang SL Textile Company to provide guidance. Then to SL company inventory system analysis of the current situation. Mainland China textile enterprises storage management situation is explained. The main characteristics of storage management of textile enterprises in mainland China are obtained. This paper introduces the current situation of inventory in SL Company, explores the main problems existing in the current situation, and studies the countermeasures against these main problems. Through analysis, perspective. It is found that the following problems exist in the inventory management of SL Company: first, the lack of rationality of the production and purchase plan leads to the problems in the purchase of raw materials for SL textile enterprises; Second, the internal management of the company is not scientific, operating efficiency is not high, can not timely and accurate implementation of the established production plan, so that in the production of each link of the phenomenon is not in place, for example. The company will be due to production planning errors caused by the preparation of errors; Third, the supply chain cooperation advantage has not been brought into full play, such as the lack of marketing management caused by the problem of inventory squeeze; Fourth, the unscientific operation of market analysis and unscientific order control lead to the optimization of inventory. Secondly, the optimization of inventory management in SL company. On the basis of the research on the management and storage of SL textile enterprises. Put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to manage inventory of SL spinning enterprises: first, enhance the level of information construction of SL company; The second is to make scientific management of the existing stock and order, to establish scientific standards for the purchase procedure of raw materials, the purchasing period and the quantity of purchase; Third, the implementation of inventory ABC and other classified management; Fourth, strengthen the marketing management, reduce the production and finished product storehouse. Fifth, implement the supply chain management mode, reduce the storage as much as possible, reduce the operating cost substantially, and achieve the goal of increasing the economic benefit continuously.
