X家电公司供应链业务流程再造研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,家电行业竞争的日益加剧,如何在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,寻找企业新的利润源,成为各大企业的首要任务。面对日益激烈的市场竞争、快速变化的外部市场和各种生产成本逐渐上升的内部环境,供应链管理和流程再造成为企业提升竞争力的两种管理模式,越来越多的公司开始对公司的供应链管理系统进行改造,以期提高本企业对市场的快速反应能力,增强企业竞争力。供应链管理和流程再造这两种管理模式自诞生以来,全球理论界就极为关注,在各国企业界也受到大力追捧。目前来说,不管是理论界还是企业界,对这两种管理模式的研究和实践仍然处于探索阶段,上升的空间很大,在供应链管理成为企业业务流程再造的大环境中,企业传统的业务流程本身急需进一步完善。近几年,家电行业由于企业间竞争加剧,家电总体产能过剩,对于家电行业来说,“微利时代”已经来临,在这样的市场环境下,家电企业间的竞争从单纯的企业竞争转变成了供应链综合竞争。在这样的情况下,对于家电行业进行供应链业务流程再造就显得尤为重要。本文以供应链管理和业务流程再造为理论基础,以JIT(准时化生产)理念为指导,通过对X家电公司进行供应链业务流程再造,降低公司成本。本文中对公司现有的供应链管理模式进行深刻剖析,找出其中存在的问题,并针对公司出现的这些问题,提出了供应链管理改进的思路、方法和具体改进措施。本文主要介绍了供应链管理模式、建立JIT供应链管理体系;建立JIT采购模式,实施零库存生产控制策略;制定JIT供应链优化方案。最后对本此课题的研究进行了总结和评价,总结此次研究的不足之处,希望今后能够做进一步的完善。本文力求实现X家电公司供应链管理的科学化、合理化,业务流程更加规范,以期创造更高的企业利润。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of global economic integration and the increasing competition in the home appliance industry, how to stay in an invincible position in the fierce market competition and find a new profit source for enterprises, In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition, the rapidly changing external market and the internal environment in which the production costs are rising gradually, supply chain management and process reengineering have become the two management modes to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. More and more companies begin to transform their supply chain management systems in order to improve their ability to respond to the market quickly and enhance their competitiveness. Since the birth of supply chain management and process reengineering, two management models, supply chain management and process reengineering, have been developed. The global theoretical community is extremely concerned, and has been vigorously sought after in the business circles of various countries. At present, the research and practice of these two management models are still in the exploratory stage and there is a lot of room for improvement, both in the theoretical and the business circles. In the environment of business process reengineering, supply chain management (SCM) is in urgent need of further improvement in traditional business process itself. In recent years, due to the intensification of competition among enterprises, the total overcapacity of household appliances in the household appliance industry has been increased. For the household appliance industry, the "meager profit era" has come, in such a market environment, the competition among the home appliance enterprises has changed from pure enterprise competition to supply chain comprehensive competition. In such circumstances, Supply chain business process reengineering is particularly important for household appliances industry. This paper takes supply chain management and business process reengineering as the theoretical basis and JIT (just-in-time production) concept as the guide. By reengineering the supply chain business process to reduce the cost of the company, this paper deeply analyzes the existing supply chain management mode of the company, finds out the existing problems, and aims at these problems. This paper mainly introduces the supply chain management mode, the establishment of JIT supply chain management system, the establishment of JIT procurement model, the implementation of zero-inventory production control strategy. Finally, this paper summarizes and evaluates the research of this topic, summarizes the shortcomings of this research, and hopes to make further improvement in the future. This paper tries to realize the scientific management of supply chain in X household appliance company. Rationalization, business processes more standardized, with a view to creating higher corporate profits.
