差别化粘胶纤维产业化生产管理—精细化生产管理

【摘要】:由于传统制造业经济环境严峻,粘胶纤维制造业更是整体环境波动过大,但是行业内竞争加剧的同时也昭示着新挑战机遇的诞生。差别化产品的市场应运而生,价值得以体现。进行差别化纤维产品的开发和产业化,考验着任何一位勇于创新的领导者的战略眼光。本课题研讨的关键是差别化产品工艺技术理论成果基础上,对A公司差别化产品产业化现状进行分析,通过对存在的问题进行必要性分析,从而提出的一套适合A公司的精细化管理模式。本文通过对粘胶纤维市场的国内外环境及研发能力进行分析,提出了阻燃纤维高附加值的依据。对阻燃纤维产品的工艺管理技术进行论证,概述了差别化产品的主要生产管理工艺,并就产业化的具体实施及设计流程进行分析。以参与生产的方式,以A公司为例,就差别化阻燃产品生产管理的有效性进行评价,初步确定公司差别化产品生产管理的基本思想。并分别制定并实施相应的管理原则、管理策略、落实措施等方面进行初步探讨。然后通过对公司差别化阻燃产品生产管理落实的实际情况和工艺技术管理现状进行进一步的研究分析,以此为基点,对A公司阻燃纤维生产管理中存在的问题进行改进。本文深入研究差别化产业化过程中存在的瓶颈问题,对差别化生产从工艺、管理、考核、应对风险等方面提出方案,探索出一套可行性强、实际应用效果明显的精细化管理方案,并最终确定了此管理方案的有效性,对A公司差别化生产的未来具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Because of the severe economic environment of traditional manufacturing industry, the viscose fiber manufacturing industry fluctuates too much as a whole, but the competition in the industry is intensified and the new challenge opportunities are born. The market of differentiated products emerges as the times require. The development and industrialization of differentiated fiber products test the strategic vision of any leader who is brave to innovate. This paper analyzes the current situation of the industrialization of differential products in Company A, and analyzes the necessity of the existing problems. This paper analyzes the domestic and international environment and R & D capability of viscose fiber market. The basis for high added value of flame retardant fiber is put forward. The process management technology of flame-retardant fiber product is demonstrated, and the main production management technology of differentiated product is summarized. The concrete implementation and design process of industrialization are analyzed. The effectiveness of production management of differentiated flame-retardant products is evaluated by means of participating in production and taking company A as an example. The basic idea of the production management of the differentiated products in the company is preliminarily determined, and the corresponding management principles and management strategies are formulated and implemented respectively. Then through further research and analysis on the actual situation of the production management of differentiated flame-retardant products and the present situation of process and technology management in the company, this is the basis point. The problems existing in the production and management of flame-retardant fibers in Company A are improved. In this paper, the bottle-neck problems in the process of differential industrialization are deeply studied, and the schemes for differential production are put forward from the aspects of process, management, examination, risk response, etc. This paper explores a set of fine management scheme with strong feasibility and obvious practical application effect, and finally determines the effectiveness of this management scheme, which is of great significance to the future of differential production in Company A.
