EPR视角下制造企业服务衍生影响因素研究

【摘要】:在产品同质化带来的竞争加剧和顾客需求多样化的环境下,制造企业需要新的价值创造方式以获取竞争优势。制造企业服务化是目前走出这种困境的一种战略导向,即企业由卖产品向提供“产品服务包”转变。制造企业服务衍生以实物产品为载体,利用企业的资源和能力在产前、产中、产后阶段赋予服务,通过服务创造价值并满足顾客需求。同时,由于资源短缺和环境污染问题给企业带来约束,生产者责任延伸(EPR)这一环境战略要求企业延伸自身的产品责任,在产品生命周期内提高环境绩效。而服务因其无形的特性,在能满足顾客所需功能的同时达到节约资源的功效。由此,生产者责任延伸成为制造企业服务衍生的一种激励,在此情景下制造企业服务衍生受到何种影响的问题需要得到解决。因此,本文将以现有研究为基础,综合运用理论与实证方法,探讨EPR视角下制造企业衍生的影响因素,达到为制造企业服务衍生提供指导和建议的目的。本文从生产者责任延伸的视角提出制造企业服务衍生相关理论,首先界定EPR视角下制造企业服务衍生的概念,并将其划分为基础性服务衍生、提升性服务衍生两个维度。其次基于EPR和制造企业服务衍生的关系分析,深入探讨EPR下制造企业服务衍生的过程并进行影响因素分析提出,包括外部因素和内在因素两方面,并与元分析统计的结果相互佐证,提取得到EPR下制造企业服务衍生的7个关键影响因素,外部因素有客户需求、供应商合作、政策导向,内在因素有经济绩效预期、社会绩效预期、服务化战略导向、高层支持,由此构建EPR下制造企业服务衍生影响因素的概念并提出相应研究假设。最后以长三角地区制造企业为调研对象,利用数据分析软件对获得的188份有效样本数据进行结构方程实证检验,得到以下主要研究结论:(1)客户需求、供应商合作、经济绩效预期、服务化战略导向、高层支持对基础性及提升性服务衍生均有显著的正向作用;(2)政策导向、社会绩效预期对基础性及提升性服务衍生的影响并不显著。结果可为制造企业服务化理论提供补充,同时为制造企业服务衍生和政府制定政策提供参考。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of intensified competition and diversified customer demand brought by the homogenization of products, manufacturing enterprises need a new way of creating value in order to gain competitive advantage. That is, the enterprise changes from selling products to providing "product service packages". The service of manufacturing enterprises is derived from physical products, using the resources and capabilities of enterprises to provide services in the prenatal, production and postnatal stages. At the same time, due to the shortage of resources and environmental pollution to bring constraints to the enterprise, the EPRs (extended producer responsibility) environment strategy requires the enterprise to extend its product responsibility. Improving environmental performance in the product life cycle. Because of its intangible characteristics, services can meet the needs of customers and achieve the function of saving resources. Therefore, producer responsibility extends to become a kind of incentive derived from the services of manufacturing enterprises. In this situation, the problem of how the manufacturing enterprise service derivative is affected needs to be solved. Therefore, based on the existing research, this paper will discuss the influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise derivative from the perspective of EPR by using the theory and empirical method. To provide guidance and advice for manufacturing enterprise service derivation, this paper puts forward the related theory of manufacturing enterprise service derivative from the perspective of producer responsibility extension. Firstly, it defines the concept of manufacturing enterprise service derivative from the perspective of EPR. It is divided into two dimensions: basic service derivative and promotion service derivative. Secondly, based on the analysis of the relationship between EPR and manufacturing enterprise service derivation, the process of manufacturing enterprise service derivation under EPR is discussed and the influencing factors are analyzed and put forward. Including external factors and internal factors, and supporting the results of meta-analysis statistics, seven key influencing factors derived from manufacturing enterprise services under EPR are extracted. External factors include customer demand, supplier cooperation, policy orientation, etc. Internal factors include economic performance expectation, social performance expectation, service-oriented strategy orientation, high-level support, Based on this, the concept of service derivative factors of manufacturing enterprises under EPR is constructed and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward. Finally, the manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region are taken as the research objects. Using the data analysis software to carry on the structural equation demonstration test to 188 valid sample data obtained, obtains the following main research conclusion: the customer demand, the supplier cooperation, the economic performance expectation, the service strategy orientation, the following main research conclusion: the customer demand, the supplier cooperation, the economic performance expectation, the service strategy orientation, High level support has a significant positive effect on both basic and enhanced service derivatives. The results can be used to supplement the theory of service development in manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, it provides reference for manufacturing enterprise service derivation and government policy making.
