【摘要】：随着我国实行了改革开发以来,中国的民营小型企业就好像雨后春笋般的生长起来,在我国的国民经济中,民营小型企业的作用也是日渐增大。无论是在为了增加民营小型企业对国民经济的贡献,还是减少失业人员,增加就业岗位等方面的问题,都应该更好的加强民营小企业的发展。对于依赖“成本驱动”,并处于全球产业链低端的小型企业而言,做实业变得越来越难,特别是面对发达国家“再工业化”的新趋势,小型企业将面临新的冲击,作为基础比较薄,技术能力不高的民营小型企业,要想在这种大环境下生存并得到发展,必须加强自身的能力,降低运营成本。随着现代社会经济的发展,物流已经成为企业减少原材料消耗,降低成本,提高劳动生产率之后的“第三利润来源”,越来越多的焦点集中于如何减少企业的物流成本从而增加利润这个方面。特别是小型企业在管理体制与运作模式都受到传统的思想所影响,与现代化信息网络供应链管理相差比较远,无法满足现在激烈竞争的要求和挑战,故必须寻找,探索,建立合理的物流方式,以便使企业降本增效,才能使企业生存下来并得到发现。企业要做大做强,必须一步一个脚印的走出来。就目前而言,对大中型企业的研究相对较多,适合于小企业的研究还比较少。论文中介绍了上海秀展展示道具有限公司所处行业的特性,家具订制的特点,送货及时性,送货范围过大等困难,以及在物流配送中发现的问题及解决办法,研究出了一套适合于该小企业的物流配送管理的优化方法,并介绍了该方法在实际中如何操作应用的过程。希望本论文能够对小企业的物流配送管理理论做到一些抛砖引玉的作用.小企业的生存很难,要发展更难,希望该研究对小企业的生存,发展,进步,有一些建设性的帮助。

Small enterprises will face a new impact. As small private enterprises with a thin foundation and low technological capability, if they want to survive and develop in such an environment, they must strengthen their own capabilities. With the development of modern society and economy, logistics has become an enterprise to reduce the consumption of raw materials, reduce costs, The "third profit source" after increasing labor productivity is increasingly focused on how to reduce the logistics cost of the enterprise and thus increase the profit, especially in the management system and operation mode of small enterprises. Influenced by traditional ideas, It is far from modern information network supply chain management and can not meet the requirements and challenges of fierce competition. Therefore, we must find, explore and establish a reasonable logistics mode in order to reduce the cost and increase efficiency of enterprises. In order to make enterprises survive and find out, if they want to become bigger and stronger, they must step out one step at a time. At present, there are relatively many studies on large and medium-sized enterprises. There are few studies suitable for small enterprises. The paper introduces the characteristics of the industry, the characteristics of furniture customization, the timeliness of delivery, the large range of delivery, and so on. As well as the problems and solutions found in logistics distribution, a set of optimization methods of logistics distribution management suitable for the small enterprise is developed. This paper also introduces the process of how to operate and apply this method in practice. It is hoped that this paper can do some good for the logistics and distribution management theory of small enterprises. The survival of small enterprises is very difficult, and the development of small enterprises is even more difficult. I hope this research will be helpful to the survival, development and progress of small businesses.
