基于技术与市场协同的FD公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:两会以来,政府对创业的鼓励提到了一个很高的高度,大众创业成了社会的潮流。在政府的鼓励下,各行各业都涌现出了新的血液,如同雨后春笋般。大浪淘金,万人之中必有勇夫此刻用在此处刚好,然而光有一番热血,外加干劲终究也是不会有多大的收获的。要想有大的收获,更需要对管理进行深入的了解、学习、运用。本文对FD公司在技术与市场方面进行了分析研究,首先分析FD公司所在的新能源汽车动力电池行业的发展现状、内外环境和FD公司自身的情况,用PEST分析法对FD公司内外部资源进行分析、以及与行业其它公司的比较分析。指出公司现阶段的定位,及相应的优劣势;其次,以波特价值链分析模型为基础对公司的基本活动和支持性活动进行详细的数据整理分析,确定了公司目前在企业活动中存在的各类问题。然后用标杆分析法探讨了同行业的成功方法;随后用SWOT分析法确定了技术、市场的协同战略,让各单位各部门都团结在一起向同一方向努力,让高效的管理方法为企业带来利益,给企业的发展指明方向;为能够使技术与市场协同达到最优化,FD引入了 QFD方法,并对此进行研究分析,不断将技术与市场进行协同;最后总结此次研究方法,给予实质性的改善,并对未来寄予期许。本文的研究特点为:通过行业、内外环境分析、PEST分析、SWOT分析、竞争对手的比较分析,价值链分析等,弄清FD公司技术与市场的协同战略的合理性和有效性,以达到满足客户需求和提高企业效益的目的。
[Abstract]:Since the two sessions, the government's encouragement for entrepreneurship has been raised to a very high level, and mass entrepreneurship has become a social trend. With the encouragement of the government, new blood has sprung up in various industries, like bamboo shoots. Among all the thousands of people, the brave man must be here at the moment. However, if there is only a lot of blood and drive, there will be no great gain. If there is to be a great gain, it is even more necessary to have a deep understanding and study of management. This paper analyzes the technology and market of FD company. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of the new energy vehicle power battery industry, the internal and external environment and the situation of FD company itself. This paper analyzes the internal and external resources of FD Company by PEST analysis, and compares them with other companies in the industry. It points out the position of the company at the present stage, and the relative advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FD Company. On the basis of Porter value chain analysis model, this paper analyzes the basic activities and supporting activities of the company in detail. Then the paper discusses the successful methods of the same industry by using benchmarking method, and then determines the cooperative strategy of technology and market by using SWOT analysis method. Let all units and departments work together in the same direction, let the efficient management method bring benefits to the enterprise, point out the direction for the development of the enterprise, and introduce the QFD method to optimize the cooperation between technology and market. And carry on the research analysis to this, carry on the cooperation between the technology and the market continuously; finally summarize this research method, give the substantial improvement, and place the expectation to the future. Internal and external environment analysis, such as SWOT analysis, comparative analysis of competitors, value chain analysis, etc., to make clear the rationality and effectiveness of the coordinated strategy between technology and market of FD Company, in order to meet the needs of customers and improve the efficiency of enterprises.
