【摘要】:经济增长和城市加快发展,使得建筑产业进一步成为经济进步的推手,并产生了明显的社会效益。但其进步与面临的困境同时并行,随着市场经济形势的变化,业内一些突出问题也逐渐显现出来。例如,市场适应性还不够强,企业规模与人力素养还不够匹配,企业捕捉商机的敏锐度还不够高,适应环境变化的能力还不够强。陕西恒翔建筑安装工程有限公司便是其中一个具有较强代表性的例证。该公司作为本土建筑行业的异军,其发展水平的高低与否对于该地区建筑业整体水平的提升将会产生一定的影响。本文择取陕西恒翔建筑安装工程有限公司为研究个案,深入探讨其在新形势下的发展战略问题。本文以研究和文献综述先行,利用PEST、波特五力模型等战略分析方法,通过对企业发展现状及存在问题的梳理,对外部市场环境和内部资源情况进行综合分析。继而对企业内部相关要素进行评估,得出相关的内部环境综合评价。再借助SWOT分析法进行战略匹配,运用QSPM矩阵进行战略选择及评价,帮助其选择增长型的成长策略,并提出相关实施建议和保障措施,旨在确保该目标最终得以实现。总而言之,陕西恒翔建筑安装工程有限公司在发展过程中面临着更加复杂多变的内外部环境,竞争压力不断增强,需要改变以往的发展方式,适时调整发展战略。希望通过本文理论分析和实地调研并用的研究方法,为该公司远期发展提供切实有益的指导,并籍此推动建筑业发展远景规划改进和创新。
[Abstract]:The economic growth and the rapid development of the city make the construction industry become the driving force of economic progress and bring about obvious social benefits. However, its progress is parallel to the predicament it faces, and with the change of the market economy situation, Some outstanding problems in the industry are gradually emerging. For example, the market adaptability is not strong enough, the size of the enterprise does not match with the human literacy, and the enterprise is not sharp enough to capture business opportunities. The ability to adapt to environmental change is not strong enough. Shaanxi Hengxiang Building and installation Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the most representative examples. The level of its development will have a certain impact on the overall level of the construction industry in this area. This paper chooses Shaanxi Hengxiang Construction and installation Engineering Co., Ltd as a case study. Based on the research and literature review, this paper makes use of the methods of strategic analysis, such as pest, Porter's five Force Model, and combs the present situation and existing problems of enterprise development. The external market environment and internal resources are comprehensively analyzed. Then the relevant internal factors are evaluated and the relevant internal environment comprehensive evaluation is obtained. Then SWOT analysis is used to carry out strategic matching. Use QSPM matrix to choose and evaluate the strategy, help them to choose the growth growth strategy, and put forward the relevant implementation suggestions and safeguard measures to ensure that the goal can be achieved. In the process of development, Shaanxi Hengxiang Construction and installation Engineering Co., Ltd. is faced with a more complex and changeable internal and external environment, and the competitive pressure is constantly increasing, so it is necessary to change the past development mode. It is hoped that through the research methods of theoretical analysis and field investigation in this paper, it will provide practical and beneficial guidance for the long-term development of the company, and thus promote the improvement and innovation of the long-term development planning of the construction industry.
