【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的加快,国际化经营战略已经成为影响企业生存与发展的关键举措。在我国经济进入新常态后,无论是国营企业,还是民营企业,都需要对自己的国际化经营战略进行重新审视,并结合现实状况进行相应的调整,进而制定出适合自身的国际化经营战略。JSXG集团自成立之初,就结合自身的生产经营能力和工程机械国际市场的经营环境制定了相应的国际化经营战略。在此战略的指导下,JSXG集团的国际化经营能力逐步提高,国际市场份额也在稳步提升,然而在其国际化经营的过程中,也遇到了国际市场开发能力有待提高、国际市场占有率低、品牌知名度低、抵御国际风险能力较低等一系列问题。这些问题的存在直接影响到了JSXG集团国际市场的进一步开发。为了解决JSXG集团的国际化经营战略在实施过程中所遇到的问题,本文以国际化经营战略中的国际市场开发能力为研究的切入点,构建JSXG集团国际市场开发能力的加权线性模型,并运用IFE内部矩阵分析和多指标综合分析法,结合笔者对JSXG集团的实地调研,对JSXG集团的生产能力、营销能力、服务能力等进行综合评估。通过评估后得出JSXG集团的内部状况处于优势地位,但优势并不是很明显的结论。在评估中,也发现了JSXG集团在国际化经营过程中存在的国际市场占有率较低、自主创新能力有待进一步加强,抵御国际风险的能力较低等一系列问题。针对这些问题,笔者为JSXG集团的国际化经营战略提出自主研发与企业外包相结合,提高企业的核心竞争力;借助贴牌创品牌;维护老客户,开发新客户;建立企业联盟,共担国际风险等优化措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, international management strategy has become a key measure affecting the survival and development of enterprises.After our country's economy enters the new normal, both state-owned enterprises and private enterprises need to re-examine their own international management strategy, and make corresponding adjustments according to the actual situation.From the beginning of its establishment, the JSXG group has made a corresponding international management strategy combining its own production and management ability and the operating environment of the international market of construction machinery.Under the guidance of this strategy, JSXG Group's international management ability is gradually improved, and its international market share is also steadily rising. However, in the process of its international operation, it has also encountered the need to improve its international market development ability, and its international market share is low.Low brand awareness, low ability to resist international risks and a series of problems.The existence of these problems directly affects the further development of the international market of JSXG Group.In order to solve the problems encountered in the implementation of the international management strategy of JSXG Group, this paper takes the international market development ability in the international management strategy as the starting point to construct the weighted linear model of the international market development ability of the JSXG Group.With the help of IFE internal matrix analysis and multi-index comprehensive analysis, the author evaluates the production capacity, marketing ability and service ability of JSXG Group by combining the field investigation of JSXG Group.It is concluded that the internal situation of JSXG Group is in an advantageous position, but the advantage is not obvious.In the evaluation, we also found a series of problems, such as low share of international market, low ability of independent innovation and low ability of resisting international risk.In view of these problems, the author puts forward the combination of independent R & D and enterprise outsourcing to improve the core competitiveness of JSXG Group, create brand with the help of brand, maintain old customers, develop new customers, establish enterprise alliance.Share international risk and other optimization measures.
