我国区域能源经济效率关联及其影响因素的空间计量研究

【摘要】:能源是国民经济发展和社会进步的主要动力,没有能源人类难以生存,国民经济和社会就无法可持续发展。自改革开放以来,城乡面貌发生巨大改变。然而在经济快速发展的同时,能源短缺、环境污染和温室效应等问题日益严重,已经对我国经济社会发展和人们日常生活产生严重的负面影响。据统计,在2016年我国CO2排放总量占全球比重达到28.21%,居世界首位。为了履行CO2减排的国际承诺,担当起大国责任,延迟全球气候变化,改善中国环境质量,缓解中国能源供需矛盾,最有效的途径就是提高能源经济效率。对此,不同学者从不同角度进行了大量有关研究,研究表明我国能源效率比发达国家低,而且具有空间分布不均衡的特征。本文运用空间计量方法来研究省际间的能源经济效率空间溢出效应及其影响因素。本文主要研究方法是:首先,采用非径向、非角度的SBM方法对区域能源经济效率进行测度;然后,采用四分图和莫兰指数对我国区域能源经济效率进行空间分布格局与空间相关性研究;最后,采用空间计量模型对我国区域能源经济效率的影响因素进行实证分析。本文实证研究主要结论如下:第一,根据区域能源经济效率的测算结果表明,我国能源经济效率的区域差异性表现明显,上海、广东、北京、天津和江苏是我国区域能源经济效率最高的五个省份,而甘肃、青海、宁夏、贵州和云南等五个省份则是我国能源经济效率最低的五个省份。上海、广东的能源经济效率在2001-2014年期间始终处于生产有效前沿面上,北京、天津、江苏和浙江离生产有效前沿面较近,而甘肃、青海、宁夏、贵州和云南离生产有效前沿面较远。如果依据地理和经济等因素把我国分为东部、中部和西部三大区域,那么东部区域的能源经济效率最高,中部次之,西部最低。第二,我国区域能源经济效率的聚类结果表明,处在能源经济效率高效区的省份有北京、天津、上海、江苏、浙江、广东,这些省份全部属于东部沿海经济发达地区,中西部内陆地区全部属于能源经济效率的中效区和低效区。空间四分图更直观地反映出我国区域能源经济效率的时空分布格局,其中,东部经济发的沿海省份主要处在能源经济效率较高的三、四级上,而中西部地区主要处在较低水平的一、二级上。局部空间散点图更直观的反映了我国能源经济效率的空间依赖性和空间异质性。第三,基于空间视角,采用空间计量模型对2001-2014年期间我国30个省份能源经济效率的影响因素进行实证分析,研究发现,采用空间邻接矩阵与空间经济权重矩阵得到相似结果;空间误差模型(SEM)比空间滞后模型(SLM)更适合本文研究;在能源经济效率的主要影响因素中,能源消费结构对区域能源经济效率有负效应,人均国内生产总值、产业结构、外资利用和城镇化水平对区域能源经济效率有促进作用;其中,外资利用对区域能源经济效率影响最为显著。
[Abstract]:Energy is the main power of national economic development and social progress, human to live without energy, national economy and society to sustainable development. Since the reform and opening up, urban and rural landscape has undergone tremendous change. However, in the rapid economic development, energy shortage, environmental pollution and greenhouse effect problems have become increasingly serious, has produced serious negative effect the development of China's economy and society and people's daily life. According to statistics, in 2016 China's total CO2 emissions accounted for the global proportion reached 28.21%, ranking first in the world. In order to fulfill the emission reduction of CO2 international commitments, to assume the responsibilities and delay of global climate change, improve the environmental quality of Chinese, ease the contradiction between energy supply and demand is the most effective way to Chinese. Is to improve energy efficiency. In this regard, different scholars have conducted a lot of studies from different angles, the results show that China's energy efficiency than the developed country A low, but also has the characteristics of uneven spatial distribution. This paper uses spatial econometric methods to study the energy efficiency of spatial spillover effect among provinces and its influencing factors. The main research method of this paper is: firstly, using non radial SBM method, non angle of regional energy economic efficiency measure; then, by four points and Moran index study on spatial distribution pattern and spatial correlation of regional energy efficiency in China; finally, the factors affecting the spatial econometric model of regional energy efficiency in China by empirical analysis. The main conclusions of this empirical study are as follows: first, according to estimates of regional energy efficiency results, regional differences in economic performance China's energy efficiency significantly, Shanghai, Guangdong, Beijing, Tianjin and Jiangsu is the regional energy efficiency of five provinces in China, the highest Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia In summer, Guizhou and Yunnan and other five provinces is the economic efficiency of China's five provinces with the lowest energy. Shanghai, Guangdong's energy efficiency is always in the production of efficient frontier, in a period of 2001-2014 years in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu and Zhejiang from the production frontier is near Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Guizhou and Yunnan is the effective frontier production far. If the basis of geographical and economic factors such as the our country is divided into eastern, central and western regions of the eastern region three, so energy economic efficiency is the highest, followed by the central and western regions. Second, clustering results of regional energy efficiency in China's economy shows that in energy economic efficiency efficient area of the provinces of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, these provinces all belong to the economically developed eastern coastal areas, in the suburbs and the inefficient zone in central and western inland regions all belong to energy efficiency space. Four figure more intuitively reflect the temporal and spatial pattern, the regional distribution of energy economic efficiency in our country, the economic development of the eastern coastal provinces mainly in energy efficiency is higher than three, level Four, and the central and western regions mainly in the lower level, level two. Local space plot is more intuitive reflect the economic efficiency of China's energy spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity. Third, based on the spatial perspective, factors affecting the spatial econometric model for 2001-2014 years during the period of the 30 provinces of our country energy efficiency empirical analysis, the study found that using the adjacency matrix and weight matrix space economy got similar results; spatial error model (SEM) than the spatial lag model (SLM) is more suitable for this study; the main influencing factors of energy efficiency, energy consumption structure have a negative effect on the regional energy economic efficiency, per capita domestic Gross output, industrial structure, utilization of foreign capital and urbanization level have a positive effect on regional energy economic efficiency. Among them, the utilization of foreign capital has the most significant impact on regional energy economic efficiency.
