高管稳健性、创新强度与企业价值关系的实证检验

【摘要】：文章在文献梳理的基础上,通过数据分析和理论论证,验证了我国制造业企业高管稳健性、创新强度与企业价值之间的相关关系。研究发现,制造业企业的技术依赖性体现在其创新强度的高影响力上,同时企业的市场价值高低也与企业的创新强度存在直接关系,高管任职的稳健性对企业创新强度与企业价值均有较强的正相关关系。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature review, through data analysis and theoretical analysis, this paper verifies the correlation between the robustness, innovation intensity and enterprise value of senior executives in manufacturing enterprises in China.It is found that the technological dependence of manufacturing enterprises is reflected in the high influence of their innovation intensity, and the market value of enterprises also has a direct relationship with the innovation intensity of enterprises.There is a strong positive correlation between firm innovation intensity and firm value.
