ZC公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:优秀的企业文化能够在公司内部营造和谐、融洽的文化氛围,使得公司和员工能够共同向着公司目标而奋斗,并用向心力和凝聚力促进员工成为一个公司团体,形成公司的重要精神。另外,企业文化还能够产生积极、正向的作用,从而促进公司资源的合理优化和配置,提高公司整体竞争力。优秀企业文化的这些功能使得其越来越受到公司的高度重视。但是,当前我国很多企业和公司在企业文化建设方面仍然处于起步阶段,其对企业文化的内涵、建设程序、内容及意义还缺乏一个正确认识。在企业发展过程中没有明确企业文化建设的方向,导致出现很多盲区和误区,从而使得企业文化建设效果不尽人意。为了充分发挥企业文化的积极作用,本文以企业文化为研究对象,以ZC公司为例,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、统计分析法以及定性与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对ZC公司发展过程中的企业文化建设情况进行了深入分析和探究。首先,对企业文化的基本理论进行了详细分析和总结;其次,基于对上述理论的掌握,以ZC公司为例,对该公司发展过程中的企业文化建设情况进行了问卷调查,并通对问卷数据的分析,总结出该公司在企业文化建设过程中存在的问题:即在精神文化建设方面,ZC公司企业文化精神推广力度不够,而且有很多员工并不十分了解企业文化的概念,核心价值观模糊;在物质文化建设方面,ZC公司宣传途径较为单一,公司形象有待提升;在制度文化建设方面,公司薪酬与考核机制不健全,且没有正确认识企业文化协作的含义;在行为文化建设方面,公司文化活动内容单一、刻板,上下沟通存在问题;最后,针对问题提出了其企业文化建设的具体措施,即在公司精神文化建设方面,要强化对员工的培训,营造良好的氛围;在物质文化建设方面,要提升公司形象,强化对公司的宣传力度;在制度文化建设方面,公司要建立健全奖励制度,并不断完善晋升制度;在行为文化建设方面,公司要理顺和完善组织机构,并打通从上到下的沟通途径。
[Abstract]:Excellent corporate culture can create a harmonious and harmonious cultural atmosphere within the company, so that the company and employees can work together towards the goals of the company, and use centripetal force and cohesion to promote employees to become a corporate group.Form the important spirit of the company.In addition, corporate culture can also produce a positive and positive role, thus promoting the rational optimization and allocation of corporate resources and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the company.These functions of excellent corporate culture make it more and more valued by the company.However, at present, many enterprises and companies in our country are still in the initial stage in the construction of corporate culture, which lacks a correct understanding of the connotation, construction procedure, content and significance of enterprise culture.In the process of enterprise development, there is no clear direction of enterprise culture construction, which leads to a lot of blind areas and misunderstandings, which makes the effect of enterprise culture construction unsatisfactory.In order to give full play to the positive role of corporate culture, this paper takes corporate culture as the research object, takes ZC Company as an example, adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, statistical analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.This paper analyzes and probes into the construction of corporate culture in the process of development of ZC Company.First of all, the basic theory of corporate culture is analyzed and summarized in detail. Secondly, based on the above theory, taking ZC company as an example, the paper makes a questionnaire survey on the construction of corporate culture in the process of development of the company.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data, the paper summarizes the problems in the process of enterprise culture construction: that is, the promotion of corporate culture in ZC company is not enough in the aspect of spiritual culture construction.Moreover, many employees do not fully understand the concept of corporate culture, and the core values are vague; in the aspect of material and cultural construction, ZC company has a relatively single propaganda approach, and the company image needs to be improved; in the aspect of system culture construction,The compensation and assessment mechanism of the company is not perfect, and the meaning of corporate cultural cooperation has not been correctly understood. In the construction of corporate culture, the content of corporate cultural activities is single, rigid, and there are problems in communication up and down. Finally,In view of the problems, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for the construction of corporate culture, that is, to strengthen the training of employees and create a good atmosphere in the construction of spiritual culture of the company, and to promote the image of the company in the aspect of material and cultural construction.Strengthen the propaganda to the company; in the aspect of the system culture construction, the company should establish and perfect the reward system and constantly perfect the promotion system; in the aspect of the behavior culture construction, the company should straighten out and perfect the organization,And open up the communication from top to bottom.
