甲公司机加车间设施布局改善研究

【摘要】:当今,我国大部分制造企业面临着产品技术更新快、品质要求高、交货周期短、生产成本低的客户个性化需求时,如何在生产制造环节进行改善研究,适应市场需要,仍然还比较薄弱。企业普遍存在生产现场管理不规范,生产物流不经济,设施布局不合理的现象。它不仅造成生产过程中的浪费增多,生产效率降低,而且增大了物流成本和产品质量安全隐患。因此,通过利用持续改善的理论和方法,加强生产现场各要素的合理配置,减少物料搬运路线交叉迂回,最终建立一套科学的设施布局方案,实现生产系统效益最大化,具有十分重要的意义。本文以甲公司机加车间设施布局改善为研究对象,综合运用5S管理、基础工业工程与设施规划等方面的相关理论,对生产现场、工艺流程、设施布局和物流存在的问题,进行了详细地分析并提出了相应的改善方案,其方案分为定性和定量两个方面。首先,本文介绍了论文选题背景,研究目的和意义,以及研究内容与框架。其次,重点对机加车间生产现场、工艺流程和设施布局进行了现状分析,找出了各个环节存在的实际问题。然后,在定性方面,以5S管理导入、启动和实施三个阶段为主,详细地介绍了 5S管理在生产现场地运用,以及实施5S管理取得的成果;在定量方面,利用5W1H提问技术对部分零部件加工工艺流程提出了优化改善,以及通过运用作业相关图法和系统布置设计方法,进行了设施布局改善方案地设计和实施。最后,利用图表对照说明的方式,对设施布局改善前与改善后的实施效果进行了对比分析,证实了改善方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, most manufacturing enterprises in our country are faced with the individualized demand of customers with rapid technical renewal, high quality requirements, short delivery period and low production cost. How to improve the production and manufacturing links to meet the needs of the market?It is still relatively weak.The production site management is not standard, the production logistics is not economical and the facility layout is unreasonable.It not only causes more waste and lower production efficiency in the production process, but also increases the hidden trouble of logistics cost and product quality and safety.Therefore, by making use of the theory and method of continuous improvement, strengthening the rational allocation of all factors in the production site, reducing the intersecting and circuitous material handling routes, and finally establishing a scientific layout scheme for facilities, the maximum benefit of the production system can be realized.It is of great significance.This paper takes the layout improvement of Jia Gong driver and workshop facility as the research object, synthetically applies the relevant theories of 5S management, basic industrial engineering and facility planning, and analyzes the problems existing in the production site, process flow, facility layout and logistics, etc.A detailed analysis is made and a corresponding improvement scheme is put forward, which can be divided into two aspects: qualitative and quantitative.First, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as the research content and framework.Secondly, the present situation of the production site, process flow and facility layout of the machining workshop is analyzed, and the practical problems in each link are found out.Then, in the qualitative aspect, the paper introduces in detail the application of 5S management in the field of production, and the achievement of implementing 5S management in the quantitative aspect, mainly in the three stages of introducing, starting and implementing 5S management.In this paper, the optimization and improvement of some parts processing process are put forward by using 5W1H questioning technology, and the improvement scheme of facility layout is designed and implemented by using the method of job correlation diagram and system layout design.Finally, by using the method of chart comparison and illustration, the effect of the improvement is compared and analyzed before and after the improvement, and the feasibility of the improvement scheme is proved.
