造船物流风险控制及防范策略研究

【摘要】:我国要想从造船大国走向造船强国,不仅靠设备规模、劳动成本这些硬实力以及船厂自身的技术、管理等软实力,还要靠合理的造船物流。造船物流作为造船行业的“第三利润源泉”,其是否合理将会直接影响到造船生产的顺利进行。在实际造船过程中,许多因素影响造船物流的合理进行。我们想要维持造船物流的正常运行,必须分析出造船物流中存在的风险,并采取一系列的措施来控制这些风险的发生,使造船企业在该行业中更加有竞争力。本文通过分析Z船厂的物流流程,得出目前我国中小型船厂的造船物流流程。分析了我国中小型船厂的造船物流过程中存在的风险,并用层次分析法对已识别风险进行评估,得出目前最为严重的风险,并围绕这些风险采取相关的控制方法及防范策略。(1)对造船物流的含义及内容进行研究,分析出造船物流的特点及合理造船物流的意义;研究了Z船厂物资分类及物资特性,并分析出Z船厂的采购供应物流流程、生产物流流程、回收物流及废弃物流流程、销售物流流程。通过对比分析得出目前我国的中小型船厂的物流流程;(2)运用流程图分析法对中小型船厂的造船物流进行了风险分析,识别出采购供应物流、生产物流、回收和废弃物流、销售物流过程中的风险;并用层次分析法对已识别的物流风险进行评估,评估结果表明:采购资金风险、采购计划风险、物资清单不精确风险影响我国中小型船厂的造船物流较为严重;(3)首先分析了物资清单的形成过程及物资清单不精确风险的成因,制定了物资清单不精确风险的相关防范策略;其次分析了采购计划的制定过程及采购计划风险的成因,并采取了相关方法进行风险防范,并提出运用造船资源计划系统可实现采购计划风险的防范策略;最后分析目前船厂的资金循环模式及采购资金风险的控制点,并从供应商及库存方面采取相关措施进行防范采购资金风险,分析出采购时采购资金的分配原则;(4)通过介绍了船舶信息化在钢材管理中取得的成果,引出船舶信息化防范造船物流风险的可行性;并对造船资源计划系统的开发环境及主要功能模块;介绍了物资需求计划模块在解决造船物流风险中的具体应用。
[Abstract]:In order to move from a large shipbuilding country to a strong shipbuilding country, our country depends not only on the hard power of equipment scale, labor cost and the soft power of shipyard itself, such as technology and management, but also on reasonable shipbuilding logistics.As the third profit source of shipbuilding industry, whether shipbuilding logistics is reasonable or not will directly affect the smooth progress of shipbuilding production.In the actual shipbuilding process, many factors affect the reasonable conduct of shipbuilding logistics.If we want to maintain the normal operation of shipbuilding logistics, we must analyze the risks in shipbuilding logistics, and take a series of measures to control the occurrence of these risks, so as to make shipbuilding enterprises more competitive in the industry.By analyzing the logistics process of Z Shipyard, this paper draws a conclusion of shipbuilding logistics flow of small and medium shipyards in our country.This paper analyzes the risks existing in the process of shipbuilding logistics of small and medium-sized shipyards in China, and evaluates the identified risks with the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and obtains the most serious risks at present.And take relevant control methods and prevention strategies around these risks. 1) study the meaning and content of shipbuilding logistics, analyze the characteristics of shipbuilding logistics and the significance of reasonable shipbuilding logistics, study the material classification and material characteristics of Z shipyard.And analyzes the Z shipyard procurement and supply logistics process, production logistics process, recycling logistics and waste flow process, sales logistics process.Through the comparative analysis, the logistics process of the small and medium-sized shipyards in our country at present is obtained. The flow chart analysis method is used to analyze the risk of the shipbuilding logistics of the small and medium-sized shipyards, and to identify the purchasing and supply logistics, the production logistics, the recovery and the waste flow.The risk in the process of sales logistics is evaluated by AHP, and the result shows that the risk of purchasing fund, the risk of purchasing plan, the risk of purchasing fund, the risk of purchasing plan, the risk of purchasing fund, the risk of purchasing plan,Firstly, it analyzes the forming process of the material list and the causes of the imprecise risk of the material list, and formulates the relative prevention strategy of the imprecise risk of the material list.Secondly, the paper analyzes the process of making purchase plan and the cause of risk, and takes relevant methods to prevent the risk, and puts forward the prevention strategy of purchasing plan risk by using the shipbuilding resource planning system.Finally, the paper analyzes the current capital circulation mode of shipyard and the control point of purchasing capital risk, and takes relevant measures from supplier and inventory to prevent procurement fund risk.This paper analyzes the principle of allocation of purchasing funds in procurement. It introduces the achievements of ship informatization in steel management, and leads to the feasibility of ship informatization to prevent shipbuilding logistics risks.The development environment and main function modules of shipbuilding resource planning system are introduced, and the concrete application of material demand planning module in solving shipbuilding logistics risk is introduced.
