新常态下完善高校毕业生在茶叶企业创新创业激励机制研究

【摘要】:新常态下,我国的高校毕业生就业形势不容乐观。特别是传统制造业受到互联网的冲击越来越大,一定程度上,我国的传统制造业整体的就业岗位在逐渐减少,这对高校毕业生的就业造成更大的压力。在大众创业、万众创新的背景下,高校毕业生应该运用自己的聪明才智、渊博的知识以及高超的专业技能去创造属于自己的岗位,这样不仅可以改善目前高校毕业生的就业状况,也可以充分的激发高校毕业生的工作热情。同时,我们看到,在强调工匠精神的今天,中国的传统产茶、制茶工艺需要新时代的大学生群体继承和发扬,大学生可以运用自己的专业技能,通过创新的手段丰富目前茶叶企业的制茶工艺、丰富茶叶的口味、将互联网思维融入到茶叶企业的运营中,这样不仅能够实现高效毕业生的抱负,也可以让传统的茶叶企业如虎添翼,得到更好的发展。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the employment situation of college graduates in our country is not optimistic. Especially, the traditional manufacturing industry is more and more impacted by the Internet. To some extent, the employment position of the traditional manufacturing industry in our country is gradually decreasing, which causes greater pressure on the employment of college graduates. In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, college graduates should use their intelligence, knowledge and expertise to create their own jobs. This can not only improve the current employment situation of college graduates, but also fully stimulate the work enthusiasm of college graduates. At the same time, we can see that today, with the emphasis on craftsmanship, Chinese traditional tea production and tea making techniques need to be inherited and carried forward by the college students of the new era, and college students can use their professional skills. Through innovative means to enrich the current tea production technology of tea enterprises, enrich the taste of tea, the Internet thinking into the operation of tea enterprises, not only can achieve the aspirations of high-efficiency graduates, Also can let the traditional tea enterprise like tiger add wings, get better development.
