【摘要】:改革开放以来,中小家族企业获得了迅速发展,其资产总额和利税收入在国民经济中占有较大比重,在发展生产力、培植地方财源、扩大劳动就业、满足社会多样化需求等方面也起到了积极作用。然而,中小家族企业的自然淘汰率相当高,除了战略或决策上的失误,企业文化的缺失也是一个重要因素。企业文化是一个企业在生产经营中形成的经营理念、经营方针、核心价值观、行为规范等,这些内容形成了一个相互影响、相互制约的互动结构。企业文化是企业管理的精髓所在,企业文化管理已成为现今社会企业管理的主流措施。与非家族企业不同,家族文化对家族企业持续产生影响。因此,家族企业文化建设既要有现代企业文化理论的指导,又要考虑已有的家族文化。在企业不同生命周期,家族文化的核心内涵不同,对企业的影响也有所变化。家族企业在不断突破家族文化的束缚、融合现代企业管理理念的过程中发展壮大,同时,也通过融合家族文化和现代企业文化构建个性化的企业文化。本文以促进我国中小家族企业可持续发展为目标,以K公司为例,对其企业文化的特征及存在的问题进行探索研究,基于企业生命周期理论分析不同时期家族企业文化对企业的影响,协助企业管理者认清当前企业文化的优势与不足,进而取长补短,提出构建K公司企业文化的可行性对策,实现企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized family enterprises have developed rapidly. Their total assets and profit and tax income have a large proportion in the national economy. They also play a positive role in developing productive forces, cultivating local financial resources, expanding employment and meeting the needs of social diversity. However, the natural elimination rate of small and medium-sized family enterprises is quite high, In addition to the mistakes in strategy or decision-making, the lack of corporate culture is also an important factor. Enterprise culture is a business concept, management policy, core values and behavior norms formed in the production and management of an enterprise. These forms form an interactive structure of mutual influence and mutual restraint. Enterprise culture is the essence of enterprise management. Enterprise culture management has become the mainstream measure of enterprise management in today's society. Different from non family enterprises, family culture has a continuous impact on family enterprises. Therefore, family enterprise culture construction should be guided by modern corporate culture theory, but also consider the existing family culture. The core of family culture in different life cycles of enterprises. The family business has developed and expanded in the process of breaking through the shackles of family culture and integrating the concept of modern enterprise management. At the same time, it also constructs individualized enterprise culture through the integration of family culture and modern enterprise culture. This paper aims to promote the sustainable development of small and medium family enterprises in China as the goal. Taking K company as an example, this paper explores the characteristics and existing problems of its enterprise culture. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper analyzes the influence of family enterprise culture on enterprises in different periods, assists enterprise managers to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the current enterprise culture, and then makes up a long complement, and puts forward the feasibility of building the enterprise culture of K company. The strategy is to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.
