IPD模式下建设工程项目团队效能关键影响因素研究

【摘要】:在建筑行业传统交付模式下,项目各参与方之间相互独立、缺乏沟通、信息交流不对称且碎片化等级高,从而导致设计变更、工期延误、成本增加、建设效率低下等问题频发。如何在确保工程质量的前提下,将项目各参与方进行有机整合、减少失误、降低成本、提高效率,建立一种高度集成化的工程项目团队是当今建筑行业研究的重点。集成交付模式(IPD,Integrated Project Delivery)的出现在很大程度上能够减少这些问题的发生,扭转当前这种现状。但是,由于我国传统模式的束缚,使得IPD模式在我国的进程十分缓慢,这严重阻碍了我国建设项目绩效水平的提高以及建设工程领域的发展速度。因此,对IPD模式团队效能的关键影响因素及其影响路径进行探索,势在必行,以此为我国IPD模式的快速推广提供理论和实践参考。本文通过对IPD项目的影响因素进行系统梳理,根据熵权法和“二八理论”对IPD项目团队效能关键影响因素进行筛选。其次结合团队效能理论,分析相关文献,确定以任务绩效和关系绩效两个维度来构建团队效能评价指标体系。然后提出相关假设,建立IPD项目团队效能影响因素假设模型,从项目参与方选择、团队信息共享和团队利益分配三方面探讨与IPD项目团队效能之间的作用机理以及信任对其之间的调节作用。最后通过问卷调查,获取实证研究所需的样本数据,运用结构方程模型对所提出的假设模型进行验证。结果表明:项目参与方选择、团队信息共享与团队利益分配对IPD项目团队效能存在显著正向影响,其中项目参与方选择与IPD项目团队效能的作用最显著,团队利益分配与IPD项目团队效能之间并不是明显显著的作用,主要与IPD项目特征相关。此外,项目参与方选择、团队信息共享对IPD项目团队效能的影响受到信任的调节作用,而对于团队利益分配,信任却没有起到调节,主要是因为IPD模式发展并不成熟,在实际过程中各方还是追求个人利益最大化的结果。据此,本文针对于关键影响因素提出有效的管理办法,为IPD建设项目团队效能的提高提供科学与实践相结合的对策建议,以期加快IPD模式在我国建筑行业实施与推广,对建筑业的转型提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:In the traditional delivery mode of the construction industry, the participants are independent, lack of communication, and the information exchange is asymmetrical and the fragmentation level is high. So the design changes, the delay of the project, the increase of cost and the low construction efficiency are frequent. How to integrate the project participants organically under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project The emergence of IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) can reduce the occurrence of these problems to a large extent and reverse the current situation. However, it is bound by our traditional mode, The process of IPD mode in our country is very slow, which seriously hinders the improvement of construction project performance and the speed of development in the field of construction. Therefore, it is imperative to explore the key influencing factors and the influence path of the IPD model team effectiveness, so as to provide the theory and Practice for the rapid extension of our country's IPD model. Based on the systematic combing of the factors affecting the IPD project, this paper selects the key factors influencing the effectiveness of the IPD project team according to the entropy weight law and the "28 theory". Secondly, it combines the team effectiveness theory and analyzes the related literature, and establishes the team effectiveness evaluation index system with the two dimensions of task performance and relationship performance. After putting forward relevant hypotheses, the hypothesis model of IPD project team effectiveness influencing factors is established. The mechanism of the effect between the project participants' selection, team information sharing and team benefit allocation is discussed between the three aspects of the effectiveness of IPD project team and the effect of trust on it. Finally, a questionnaire survey is conducted to obtain the number of samples required for empirical research. Based on the structural equation model, the proposed model is verified. The results show that the project participants' selection, team information sharing and team benefit allocation have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of IPD project team, of which the role of the project participants and the IPD project team is the most significant, team benefit distribution and the IPD project team The effectiveness is not obviously significant, mainly related to the characteristics of the IPD project. In addition, the impact of team information sharing on the effectiveness of the IPD project team is regulated by the trust of the participants, while the trust has not been adjusted for the distribution of team interests, and the main reason is that the development of the IPD model is not mature and in the actual process. All parties still pursue the result of maximizing individual interests. Accordingly, this paper puts forward effective management methods for the key influencing factors and provides some suggestions for the combination of science and Practice for the improvement of the effectiveness of the IPD construction project team, in order to accelerate the implementation and promotion of the IPD model in the construction industry in China and provide some reference for the transformation of the construction industry.
