国产大豆加工升值变身“黄金豆”

【摘要】：正随着我国大豆加工技术的不断突破,除了传统的豆油、豆腐、豆浆、豆奶之外,人们能吃到的大豆制品越来越丰富,其品质和身价也不断提高。一粒粒不起眼的国产大豆,经过加工脱胎换骨,变作"黄金豆"。国外大豆以榨油和饲用豆粕为主,国产大豆则以食品加工为主。有数据显示,2012-2015年,我国食品工业大豆原料用量在1 000万t到1 150万t。国产大豆近几年的产量都在1 200万t左右,即国产大豆90%以
[Abstract]:With the breakthrough of soybean processing technology in China, in addition to the traditional soybean oil, bean curd, soybean milk, soybean milk, people can eat more and more soybean products, its quality and value are also increasing. A small grain of domestic soybean, after processing, transformed into a "golden bean." The foreign soybean is mainly used for oil and forage soybean meal, while the domestic soybean is mainly for food processing.
