外商直接投资对中国装备制造业产业升级影响研究

【摘要】：装备制造业是一国的基础性产业,具有产业关联度高并对产业发展有引领作用的特征,其发展对带动制造业及其他行业,乃至推动本国工业化与现代化,具有举足轻重的作用。随着经济全球化进程加快,中国装备制造业发展机遇与挑战并存,外部市场需求较低,同时人民币美元总体不断升值,企业生产成本增加。如今中国经济发展进入“新常态”,落实创新驱动发展战略,装备制造业急需产业结构调整及升级,核心技术亟需突破。在外商直接投资不断涌入中国市场的背景下,结合实际探究推动装备制造产业升级的新动力,并提出有借鉴意义的政策措施是非常有必要的,且具有一定的现实意义。本文在外商对我国装备制造业直接投资发展现状研究分析的基础上,采用理论与实证相结合的方法。理论部分从外商直接投资技术溢出的方向、方式、溢出效果、影响因素等方面进行了研究分析,多维度阐述了外商直接投资的渠道、过程与动机,并结合行业现状全面分析技术溢出的可能性;实证分析中,采用主成分分析建立技术水平指标体系,对我国装备制造业整体发展水平进行分析评价,并运用L-P模型实证检验外商直接投资技术溢出对中国装备制造业技术进步的影响大小与方向。通过研究得出,一是研发投入与产出并不构成正比,只有有效的研发投入才能促进行业技术进步;二是外商直接投资对我国装备制造业技术水平提升具有正向技术溢出效应,当外商直接投资增加1%时,对装备制造产业技术进步的贡献为0.281%。为此文章在完善人才培养机制、发挥产业聚集作用、建立良性竞争格局等方面提出相关政策建议,以期最大化外商直接投资技术溢出效应推动我国装备制造业产业升级。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is a basic industry of a country, which has the characteristics of high industrial correlation and leading role in the development of industry. Its development plays an important role in driving the manufacturing industry and other industries, and even promoting the industrialization and modernization of our country. With the acceleration of economic globalization, the development opportunities and challenges of China's equipment manufacturing industry coexist, and the external market demand is low. Nowadays, China's economic development has entered the "new normal", the strategy of innovation-driven development has been implemented, the equipment manufacturing industry is in urgent need of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, and the core technology is in urgent need of breakthrough. Under the background of foreign direct investment pouring into Chinese market, it is very necessary and practical to explore the new motive force to promote the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry, and to put forward some policy measures with reference significance. On the basis of the research and analysis of foreign direct investment in China's equipment manufacturing industry, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with demonstration. In the theoretical part, the direction, mode, spillover effect and influencing factors of FDI technology spillover are analyzed, and the channel, process and motivation of FDI are expounded. In the empirical analysis, the principal component analysis is used to establish the technical level index system, and the overall development level of China's equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed and evaluated. The L-P model is used to test the impact of FDI technology spillover on the technological progress of China's equipment manufacturing industry. Through the research, first, R & D input and output are not directly proportional, only effective R & D investment can promote industry technology progress; second, FDI has a positive technology spillover effect on the technological level of China's equipment manufacturing industry. When FDI increases by 1, the contribution to the technological progress of the equipment manufacturing industry is 0.281. In order to maximize the technological spillover effect of foreign direct investment (FDI), this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on perfecting the talent training mechanism, exerting the role of industrial agglomeration and establishing a healthy competition pattern, in order to promote the upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry.
