层次分析法在A公司供应商选择中应用研究

【摘要】:选择一个好的供应商是企业长期稳定发展的重要环节,是企业竞争力的核心。在供应链管理的条件下,一个好的供应商是整条供应链竞争力强弱的直接影响因素。本论文首先通过分析供应商选择方法、供应商选择指标、供应商选择流程和步骤及供应商管理的绩效评价体系来从整体了解供应链管理下的供应商选择的重要性。供应商选择流程及考虑因素有:价格是否合理、技术是否良好、质量是否达标、订单交货是否准时、财务是否稳定等。供应链的管理是企业控制和规避外部资源风险的关键环节。通过对供应链的管理,降低企业运营成本,增强企业在全球化市场竞争的竞争力,保护供应链中各主体的经济利益,增强各合作伙伴的紧密联系。从占有70%左右的采购成本中降低采购成本就是直接或间接的增加了企业的利润,因此,从众多的同类产品生产商中选择一个好的供应商、好的合作伙伴是许多企业面临的迫切要求接下来通过学习层次分析法的提出、层次分析法的基本原理、层次分析法的结构模型的理论学习,总结出层次分析法在定量、定性相结合的方法下的使用步骤及其意义最后联系实际,通过A公司发展背景、供应商选择的现状及所遇到的问题、分析问题,应用层次分析法对A公司的供应商进行遴选,选择出优秀的供应商并对优秀的供应商进行激励和对不合格的供应商进行促进改善或淘汰。
[Abstract]:Choosing a good supplier is an important link of long-term and stable development and the core of enterprise competitiveness. Under the condition of supply chain management, a good supplier is the direct influence factor of the competitiveness of the whole supply chain. In this paper, the importance of supplier selection under supply chain management is analyzed by analyzing supplier selection method, supplier selection index, supplier selection process and process, and supplier management performance evaluation system. Supplier selection process and factors are as follows: price is reasonable, technology is good, quality is up to standard, order delivery is on time, financial stability and so on. Supply chain management is the key link for enterprises to control and avoid the risk of external resources. Through the management of the supply chain, the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced, the competitive power of the enterprise in the global market is strengthened, the economic interests of the main bodies in the supply chain are protected, and the close relation of the partners is strengthened. Reducing the cost of purchasing from about 70% of the purchasing cost directly or indirectly increases the profit of the enterprise. Therefore, choose a good supplier from many manufacturers of similar products. A good partner is an urgent requirement faced by many enterprises. Then, through the study of AHP, the basic principle of AHP, the theoretical study of AHP structural model, it is concluded that AHP is quantitative. The use steps and their significance of qualitative combination method finally connect with practice, through A company's development background, supplier selection status quo and problems encountered, analysis of the problems, the application of AHP to select A company's suppliers, Select excellent suppliers, motivate excellent suppliers and promote improvement or elimination of unqualified suppliers.
