面向主动需求响应和售电市场的主动配电系统运营体系

【摘要】:随着需求响应资源的增多和售电市场双向互动的引入,亟须构建与此相适应的主动配电系统和运营体系。基于对各种用户资源的需求响应特性分析,结合未来售电市场的主体多元化、模式多样化等特征,提出建立用户资源的"聚合代理",整合代理区域用户资源的需求和响应能力,优化响应配电系统的运行调度需求,提出构建售电公司—聚合代理—响应用户的3层主动配电系统组成架构和运营体系,分析和设计了系统中各层主体的功能、盈利模式和协同机制。所提出的主动配电系统结构和运营体系符合智能电网建设和电力市场发展要求。
[Abstract]:With the increase of demand response resources and the introduction of two-way interaction in the electricity market, it is necessary to construct the active distribution system and operation system. Based on the analysis of the demand response characteristics of all kinds of user resources, combined with the characteristics of the future power market, such as diversification of the main body and diversification of the mode, this paper proposes to establish the "aggregation agent" of the user resources, and to integrate the demand and response ability of the user resources in the agency area. In order to optimize and respond to the operation and scheduling requirements of distribution system, a three-tier active distribution system architecture and operation system is proposed, which is composed of three layers of power sale company, aggregate agent and responsive user, and the functions of the main bodies in each layer of the system are analyzed and designed. Profit model and coordination mechanism. The proposed active distribution system structure and operation system meet the requirements of smart grid construction and power market development.
