RMP视角下京津冀纺织类非遗适应性保护路径研究

【摘要】：京津冀纺织类非遗是我国非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,是京津冀地区精神文明传承的重要载体,代表一个民族精湛的技艺,是一个民族智慧的结晶。目前,京津冀地区在纺织类非遗保护方面虽然已经取得了一些成绩,但仍存在资源整合欠缺、市场化不成熟、产品利益分配不合理等问题,亟需找到一条适合京津冀纺织类非遗保护的路径。本文在全面深入分析京津冀纺织类非遗保护现状的基础上,运用文献资料法、定性分析法、理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法对京津冀纺织类非遗适应性保护路径进行研究,将RMP理论引入京津冀纺织类非遗保护的分析中,应用合作博弈理论分析京津冀纺织类非遗产品保护状况,进而得出京津冀纺织类非遗适应性保护的问题,并从资源、市场、产品三方面提出京津冀纺织类非遗适应性保护路径,旨在使京津冀纺织类非遗得到更有针对性的更好的保护。第一章阐述研究背景、国内外学者关于非遗保护的主要观点以及本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二章介绍了相关概念和理论,并从含义、特征、原则、分类、意义五个方面对纺织类非遗保护的内涵进行了诠释。第三章从政策法规保护、传承人培养与保护、高校和行业协会保护、名录保护四个方面对京津冀纺织类非遗保护现状进行分析。第四章是本文重点章节,是对京津冀纺织类非遗保护的RMP分析,即从资源、市场、产品三方面的深度分析:针对京津冀纺织类非遗资源保护现状,对其特点进行了总结;从市场背景、市场竞争、市场认知度三个维度对京津冀纺织类非遗保护的M性进行分析;运用合作博弈模型,利用供应商与消费者利益分配的Shapley值对京津冀纺织类非遗保护的P性进行分析。第五章提出了 RMP视角下京津冀纺织类非遗适应性保护路径:资源的适应性保护路径上,应加大京津冀纺织类非遗普查力度、构筑京津冀区域纺织类非遗文化圈、建立京津冀纺织类非遗传承人网络平台;市场的适应性保护路径上,应进一步提高京津冀民众纺织类非遗认知度、将市场化引入京津冀纺织类非遗保护工作中、推动京津冀纺织类非遗保护工作的信息化;产品的适应性保护路径上,应促进信息对称、实现联盟收益最大化、执行严厉的惩罚措施。第六章是研究结论和未来的展望。
[Abstract]:The intangible cultural heritage of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of China. It is an important carrier of the heritage of spiritual civilization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. It represents a national consummate skill and the crystallization of a national wisdom. At present, although some achievements have been made in the protection of textile type, there are still resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. The problems of lack of integration, immature market and unreasonable distribution of product interests need to find a path suitable for the conservation of textiles in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. On the basis of a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the status quo of the conservation of textiles in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the methods of literature, qualitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical research are applied to Beijing. In this study, the RMP theory is introduced into the analysis of the textile non remains protection of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the cooperation game theory is used to analyze the status of the protection of the non-toxic textile products of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and then the problem of the non-compliance protection of the textile type of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is obtained, and Beijing Tianjin is put forward from three aspects of resources, market and products. In the first chapter, the author expounds the research background, the main viewpoints of the domestic and foreign scholars on the non remains protection and the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theories, and from the meaning, characteristics and principles, Classification, significance of the meaning of the five aspects of textile non-legacy protection is interpreted. The third chapter from the protection of policies and regulations, the cultivation and protection of inheritors, the protection of colleges and industry associations, and the protection of the list of the four aspects of the status of the protection of textiles in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. The fourth chapter is the key section of this paper, is the textile type of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province The RMP analysis of protection, namely, the depth analysis from three aspects of resources, market and product: according to the status quo of the protection of the textile non remains of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the characteristics are summarized, and the M character of the textile non remains protection of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is analyzed from the market background, market competition and market recognition, and the cooperation game model is used to make use of suppliers and elimination. The Shapley value of the distribution of the interests of the donors is analyzed on the P nature of the textile non remains protection of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The fifth chapter puts forward the path of the non Legacy Protection of the textile type of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under the view of RMP: on the path of the adaptability protection of the resources, we should strengthen the survey of the textile type of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, build the textile non legacy culture circle in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, and establish Beijing Tianjin. On the path of adaptive protection of Hebei textile, on the path of adaptive protection of the market, we should further improve the awareness of the non legacy of the textile category of the people of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and introduce the marketization into the textile non remains protection work of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and promote the informatization of the textile non remains protection work of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Province, and the information should be promoted on the path of product adaptation protection. The sixth chapter is the conclusions and future prospects.
