基于SWOT-QSPM模型的同煤集团转型发展战略研究

【摘要】：首先运用"鱼刺图"对同煤集团存在的问题进行分析,分别建立EFE和IFE矩阵,采用定性与定量分析相结合的SWOT-QSPM模型评价同煤集团转型发展的竞争态势,结果表明:同煤集团适合SO战略。为保证其顺利实施,同煤集团应该采取的相应对策包括:加速企业整合,减轻负担;以煤为基,走集约化发展道路;加快循环经济园区建设。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Tongshan Coal Group by using "fish-prick map", establishes the EFE and IFE matrices, and evaluates the competitive situation of the transformation and development of the same coal group by using the SWOT-QSPM model, which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that Tongshan Coal Group is suitable for so strategy. In order to ensure its smooth implementation, the corresponding countermeasures that should be taken by Tongshan Coal Group include: accelerating enterprise integration, lightening the burden, taking coal as the basis, taking the road of intensive development, and speeding up the construction of circular economy park.
