社群经济下互联网创业公司文化体系建设研究:以小米公司为例

【摘要】:移动互联网时代出现的社群经济是当下我国互联网经济的重要特征之一,一批优秀互联网创业公司开始重视社群经济,并在社群的驱动下开展企业各项管理工作。现有研究针对社群经济下互联网创业公司企业文化体系的特征及文化建设过程机制的研究还相对较少。本文通过文献回顾,发现社群经济与企业文化建设之间的理论关联,进而运用案例研究法,选择小米科技公司作为案例,深入剖析了小米公司的社群动力学机制,分析了社群驱动下小米公司的物质文化、制度文化与理念文化三个层次的企业文化特征,进而提出了小米公司企业文化建设的过程机制。本文进一步拓展了社群经济下的企业文化理论,并为互联网创业公司进行企业文化建设提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:The emergence of social economy in the era of mobile Internet is one of the most important features of the current Internet economy in China. A group of excellent Internet startups begin to attach importance to the social economy and carry out various management tasks under the drive of the community. There are few studies on the characteristics of corporate culture system and the process mechanism of cultural construction in Internet start-up companies under the social economy. Through literature review, this paper finds out the theoretical relationship between social economy and corporate culture construction, and then chooses Xiaomi Technology Company as a case study to analyze the social dynamics mechanism of Xiaomi Corporation. This paper analyzes the corporate culture characteristics of Xiaomi Company in three levels: material culture, system culture and idea culture, and then puts forward the process mechanism of enterprise culture construction of Xiaomi Company. This paper further expands the corporate culture theory under the social economy and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of corporate culture for Internet startups.
