G制药公司存货管理优化研究

【摘要】:医药行业一直被大家誉为“永远的朝阳产业”,全球医药行业市场规模长期保持稳定增长的趋势。目前中国的经济高速发展,人们的物质生活水平逐步提高,医疗保障制度也不断完善,人口老龄化问题日益突出,我国医药行业呈现出持续良好的发展趋势。但是随着新医改的推进,医药市场格局随之巨变,医药行业的增速放缓,行业之间的竞争也日益激烈。在医药制造行业中,由于它的主营产品是药品,而国家对于药品的生产、储存以及运输都有着非常严格的标准,导致了存货的管理成本较高,据统计医药制造行业的库存成本达到了总成本的30%以上。G制药公司的存货周转率远低于行业平均值,公司的库存囤积严重,影响了公司的经营发展。因此有必要对G公司的存货问题进行研究,以保障公司的可持续性发展。论文以G制药公司的存货为研究对象,通过实地考察和问卷调查了解到G公司存货管理的现状,从存货的采购环节、验收入库环节、仓储环节、发出环节以及存货的销售退回环节提出了公司目前存货管理存在的问题,并对各个环节的问题逐一进行了原因分析。接着提出以下切合G公司实际情况的优化方案:在存货的采购环节,建立供应商的绩效考评机制和完善订立合同的制度可以保证原材料的质量和提高采购效率;在存货的验收入库环节,加强存货入库的复核工作和确保存货及时入库可以降低产品的残次率和提高生产环节的效率;在存货的仓储环节,改进仓储方式、完善仓储管理制度以及规范存货盘点制度可以降低存货的仓储成本以及保管成本,即能提高存货的仓储效率;在存货的发出环节,加强存货的出库管理和加强第三方物流的管理,可以提高药品的运输效率,提高顾客的满意度;在存货的销售退回环节,建立完善的质量控制体系和加强销售退回的责任认定,能够有效地降低产品的销售退回率。最后根据内部控制五要素对G公司存货管理的优化方案提出了四点保障性措施。建立完善的存货预算制度、强化存货风险意识、建立良好的信息交流系统以及加强内部监督、完善绩效考评机制。相信本文的这些措施能够加快G公司存货周转速度,提高公司的存货管理水平,能够有效地改善公司目前高库存的现状,使得G公司能够在行业的竞争中具有更多的优势。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical industry has been praised as "the sunrise industry forever", the global pharmaceutical industry market scale has maintained the stable growth trend for a long time. At present, with the rapid development of China's economy, the improvement of people's material living standard, the improvement of medical security system and the aging of population, the medical industry of our country is showing a sustained and good trend of development. However, with the development of the new medical reform, the pattern of the pharmaceutical market has changed dramatically, the growth rate of the pharmaceutical industry has slowed down, and the competition between the industries has become increasingly fierce. In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, because its main product is medicine, and the country has very strict standards for the production, storage and transportation of drugs, the cost of inventory management is relatively high. According to statistics, the inventory cost of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has reached more than 30% of the total cost. The inventory turnover rate of the pharmaceutical company is far below the average of the industry, and the stock hoarding of the company is serious, which affects the development of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to study the inventory problem of company G to ensure the sustainable development of the company. This paper takes the inventory of G pharmaceutical company as the research object, through the field investigation and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of G company inventory management, from the stock procurement link, the acceptance warehousing link, the storage link, the storage link. In this paper, the problems in inventory management are put forward, and the reasons for the problems are analyzed one by one. Then it puts forward the following optimization schemes according to the actual situation of G company: in the purchasing of inventory, establishing the supplier's performance evaluation mechanism and perfecting the contract conclusion system can guarantee the quality of raw materials and improve the purchasing efficiency; In the link of stock acceptance and storage, strengthening the rechecking of inventory and ensuring the timely storage of inventory can reduce the residue rate of products and improve the efficiency of production, and improve the storage mode in the link of inventory storage. Perfecting the warehouse management system and standardizing the inventory inventory system can reduce the storage cost and the storage cost of the inventory, that is, it can improve the storage efficiency of the inventory. Strengthening the management of inventory out of stock and the management of third party logistics can improve the efficiency of drug transportation and the satisfaction of customers, establish a perfect quality control system and strengthen the recognition of the responsibility of sales return in the link of stock sale and return. Can effectively reduce the sales return rate. Finally, according to the five elements of internal control, the paper puts forward four supporting measures to the optimization scheme of inventory management in G Company. Establish a perfect inventory budget system, strengthen inventory risk awareness, establish a good information exchange system and strengthen internal supervision, improve the performance evaluation mechanism. It is believed that these measures in this paper can accelerate the inventory turnover speed of company G, improve the level of inventory management, effectively improve the current situation of high inventory, and enable company G to have more advantages in the competition of the industry.
