高职院校提升服务茶叶企业能力问题研究

【摘要】:基于"产学研"协同创新的视角,从高职院校的角度根据市场需求导向、企业需求导向和人才成长规律等加强对高职院校服务茶叶企业能力的建设是繁荣我国茶叶产业、促进我国茶叶产业从大到强、从品牌到名牌、从区域性到全球性布局的重要维度。当前高职院校提升服务于茶叶企业能力的必要性在于茶叶企业的国际化发展战略需要相关的人才支撑;茶叶市场的分工细化要求多元主体之间"产学研"的协同创新。高职院校提升服务茶叶企业能力的主要维度包括复合型技术人才的培养、前瞻性产业知识的供给。高职院校提升服务于茶叶企业能力的几个建议可以尝试基于茶文化的生活化教育策略、基于素质教育的茶文化氛围营造策略、基于跨文化交际的茶文化英语教学策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation of "production, learning and research", strengthening the construction of the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges according to the market demand orientation, enterprise demand orientation and the law of talent growth is a prosperous tea industry in our country. To promote the tea industry from big to strong, from brand to brand, from regional to global layout of the important dimensions. At present, the necessity of improving the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve tea enterprises lies in the fact that the international development strategy of tea enterprises needs the support of relevant talents, and the division of labor of tea market requires the collaborative innovation of "production, learning and research" among the multiple subjects. The main dimensions of improving the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges include the cultivation of compound technical talents and the supply of forward-looking industrial knowledge. Some suggestions of improving the ability of serving tea enterprises in higher vocational colleges can try the strategies of life-oriented education based on tea culture, tea culture atmosphere based on quality education, and English teaching strategies based on cross-cultural communication.
