服装生产企业一线员工技能评价研究

【摘要】:服装生产现场是劳动密集型区域。在服装生产过程中,产品价值的提升主要依赖于一线员工的绝对工作能力,使得服装生产企业对一线员工的技能有较高的依赖性;且近年来国内人力成本上涨,服装生产一线员工流动率增加,都加大了服装生产现场的管理难度。因此对服装生产企业一线员工的技能进行评价是服装生产管理过程中不可缺少的一部分。本文在现有的研究基础上,结合企业实际生产情况,将一线员工技能分为技能宽度、技能深度和技能垂度三个部分。技能宽度代表员工可操作的工序、设备的种类、数量;技能深度表示员工技能操作的熟练程度,技能垂度表示员工在实际操作过程中的技能的稳定程度。这三部分的评价主要基于企业的历史生产数据。本文基于企业RFID系统收集的服装生产企业缝纫一线员工的历史生产数据,对数据进行挖掘分析。为了增加员工技能评价的准确性、合理性,文中提出了基于大量历史生产数据的批量系数、面料系数的确定方法,对企业的标准工时进行修正。在研究过程中,首先进行数据处理、筛选、学习曲线拟合,在批量系数和面料系数的基础上,再对员工技能进行评价。将员工分为新员工和老员工两类,以企业标准工时为基准,给出新、老员工的技能深度和技能垂度的评价方法,二者加权相加得出员工的单工序技能水平;再对企业历史数据进行整合、汇总,得出员工技能宽度,建立员工技能数据库。之后可根据企业最新生产情况实时更新员工技能数据库。再结合一线管理人员的经验,可使员工技能评价方法更加合理、准确。结合企业智能化管理系统,进行相应算法的编程,可进行员工技能的科学评价,使企业生产现场管理人员准确掌握员工的技能水平和工作状态,更精确地预测实际生产状况,从而更好地进行流水线编排、模拟,实现精益生产。此外,科学的员工技能评价也可为企业员工培训、工资调整、计划制定等提供合理的依据。
[Abstract]:Garment production site is labor-intensive area. In the process of garment production, the promotion of product value mainly depends on the absolute working ability of front-line employees, which makes garment production enterprises highly dependent on the skills of front-line employees, and in recent years, the domestic human costs have increased. The increase of staff turnover rate in garment production line increases the difficulty of garment production site management. Therefore, it is an indispensable part of garment production management to evaluate the skills of garment production enterprises. On the basis of the existing research, combined with the actual production situation of enterprises, the skills of front-line employees are divided into three parts: skill width, skill depth and skill sag. The skill width represents the working procedure, the type and the quantity of the equipment, and the skill depth indicates the skill level of the employee, and the skill sag indicates the stability of the employee's skill in the actual operation. The evaluation of these three parts is mainly based on the historical production data. Based on the historical production data collected by RFID system, this paper analyzes the data mining. In order to increase the accuracy and reasonableness of employee skill evaluation, this paper puts forward a method of determining the batch coefficient and fabric coefficient based on a large amount of historical production data, and modifies the standard man-hour of the enterprise. In the research process, data processing, screening, learning curve fitting, on the basis of batch coefficient and fabric coefficient, then evaluate the skills of employees. The employees are divided into new and old employees. Based on the standard working hours of the enterprise, the evaluation methods of the skill depth and the skill sag of the new and old employees are given, and the single process skill level of the employees is obtained by the weighted addition of the two methods. Then the enterprise history data integration, summary, the width of staff skills, the establishment of employee skills database. After that, according to the latest production situation of the enterprise, the database of employee skills can be updated in real time. Combined with the experience of front-line managers, the evaluation method of staff skills can be more reasonable and accurate. Combining with the enterprise intelligent management system, the corresponding arithmetic programming can be carried out to carry on the scientific evaluation of the employee's skill, so that the enterprise's production site manager can accurately grasp the skill level and the working state of the staff, and more accurately predict the actual production condition. Thus better assembly line arrangement, simulation, lean production. In addition, scientific evaluation of employee skills can also provide reasonable basis for employee training, wage adjustment, planning and so on.
