【摘要】:随着航天技术的发展,航天器电源系统日趋复杂。航天器电源系统研制过程中,多专业、多学科相互协作,越来越多的电源系统由多方协作研制。因此,航天器电源系统研制多方协作过程中的技术控制,成为技术管理领域一个值得研究的课题。有效的控制协作方之间的技术状态,对保证产品质量、缩短研制周期、降低研制经费,能够起到重要作用。通过对电源系统多方协作项目技术控制现状的调查,发现在协作单位间技术控制存在的问题。主要表现在多方协作项目技术控制方式系统性不够,多方协作项目技术控制的适应性不足,多方协作项目技术控制保障不完备三个方面。结合项目控制理论和方法,寻找解决协作方之间技术控制的方法,研究制定对策方案。为解决多方协作项目技术控制提供参考方法。本文以S公司多方协作项目为研究对象,对其技术控制中的问题进行分析,并研究解决策略。作为专业的电源研发抓总单位,有效的控制各协作方之间的技术状态,实现产品间设计、生产、测试、评价各环节技术状态协调同步更新,有利于提高产品质量,对降低研发成本和提高企业的竞争力具有十分重要的理论意义和现实价值。首先,本文在项目控制理论分析的基础上,梳理、分析应用于多方协作项目研发中技术控制的基本理论和方法。其次,本文介绍了S公司的概况和该企业的多方协作项目技术控制现状,对S公司实际存在的多方协作项目技术控制方式系统性不够,多方协作项目技术控制的适应性不足,多方协作项目技术控制保障不完备三个问题进行了分析,并阐述了这些问题产生的不良影响。最后,以项目控制理论与方法为研究理论基础,结合S公司研发项目的特点,从改进技术控制系统性、提升技术控制适应性、加强技术控制组织管理保障三方面研究适合多方协作项目技术控制的策略,提出了适合多方协作项目技术控制的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of space technology, spacecraft power system is becoming more and more complex. In the process of spacecraft power system development, more and more power systems are developed by multi-disciplinary cooperation. Therefore, the technical control in the development of multi-party cooperation of spacecraft power system has become a worthy research topic in the field of technology management. The effective control of the technical status between the cooperating parties can play an important role in ensuring product quality, shortening the development cycle and reducing the development cost. Through the investigation of the status quo of multi-party cooperative project technology control in power supply system, the problems existing in the technical control among cooperative units are found out. The main performance is that the technical control mode of multi-party cooperative project is not systematic enough, the adaptability of multi-party cooperative project technology control is insufficient, and the technical control guarantee of multi-party cooperative project is not complete. Based on the theory and method of project control, this paper tries to find out the method of solving the technical control between the cooperating parties, and studies and formulates the countermeasure scheme. It provides a reference method for solving the technical control of multi-party collaboration project. This paper takes S company multi-party cooperation project as the research object, analyzes the problem in its technology control, and studies the solution strategy. As a professional power source R & D unit, we can effectively control the technical status between the various collaborators, realize the coordinated and synchronous updating of the design, production, testing and evaluation of each link of the products, which is conducive to improving the quality of the products. It has very important theoretical and practical value to reduce R & D cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, based on the analysis of project control theory, this paper analyzes the basic theories and methods of technology control applied in multi-party collaborative project research and development. Secondly, this paper introduces the general situation of S Company and the current situation of multi-cooperation project technology control in S Company, which is not systematic enough to the actual multi-cooperative project technology control mode, and the adaptability of multi-party cooperative project technology control is insufficient. This paper analyzes three problems of incomplete technical control support for multi-cooperation projects, and expounds the adverse effects of these problems. Finally, based on the theory and method of project control, combining the characteristics of R & D project in S Company, the system of technology control is improved, and the adaptability of technology control is enhanced. Three aspects of strengthening technical control, organization and support are studied, and the strategy suitable for multi-party cooperative project technology control is put forward, and the suitable strategy for multi-party cooperative project technology control is put forward.
